About The Island of Milfs

The Island of Milfs is an adult 2D animated RPG Maker adventure by Inocless. You play Harry Alistair, a young man forced to stay with his uncle and aunt on a remote island after trouble at home. The island is populated by attractive women, but a mysterious cult controls the islanders and hides darker intentions. Harry receives two strange artifacts from an unknown woman, and he tries to rebuild his life among neighbors, friends, and new relationships while exploring the settlement.

Version v0.22 Rework, released September 10, 2026, remains in active development. It runs on Windows in English without censorship. The update adds new quest tasks for Hilary and Nancy, a Kit Repair item in Vicky's workshop, and graphics such as Oliver, a Nancy visual variation, the protagonist carrying stable items, and stable waste. New art includes Oliver's bust, Hilary kissing and studying, plus animated scenes for Hilary and Nancy. It also fixes small bugs, adjusts music levels, adds sound effects, event icons, and a stable map parallax fix.

Developer's description

Take control of Harry Alistair. A young man who has to go live with his Uncle and Aunt on an isolated island as punishment for his behavior. Luckily for Harry, upon his arrival he notices that the island is inhabited by beautiful women with busty bodies (a dream for any perverted boy), however not so lucky for Harry, a mysterious cult has full control over the people of the island and seems to be up to something more sinister. Things start to get change even more when a mysterious woman gives him, two artifacts that will bring many consequences and pleasures. Through it all the boy tries to lead a normal life, meeting his neighbors (and their wives), making new friends and starting from scratch on this little island at the end of the world.
