The Last Hero's Darkest Quest is a 2D RPG Maker game by ISecretDream, using 3DCG scenes. You play as Shin, who is pulled into another world with his stepmother and sisters. Four heroes came before him, yet he is named the final hope against spreading demonic forces. As kingdoms fall under attack, he and his companions search for a way back to their own world, with outcomes shaped by player choices. The story includes adult themes such as cheating, corruption, and monster girls.
The latest version is v0.1.2, released August 15, 2026, for Windows in English, with no censorship. Development is ongoing. This update adds Beastroot Village, a new map containing 15 events, 15 memories, 249 CGs, nine new models, bug fixes, and extra details. Most additions are side quests on that map, serving as a route toward the main quest. It also adds a Special Event with one event, 26 CGs, and further bug fixes; those quests can be accepted at the Adventurer's Guild.

Shin was summoned to a another world as a hero, along with his stepmother and sisters. However, he was not the only hero summoned to this world.
There were four other heroes who had been summoned before him,
But he was called as the last hope to save this world from the chaos. As an army of demons begins to encroach upon various kingdoms, he and his companions must find a way to return to their original world.
