The current build is Episode 2, released on January 13, 2026, with development ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with English text and no censorship. The latest update added over 800 new renders, new main characters, expanded interactions and branching paths, a full Episode 2, revised Episode 1 text, bug fixes, new ambience and sound effects, cleaner UI, and Android support.

Fresh out of medical school, a young doctor gets the opportunity to train under a renowned physician on a remote island. But when he arrives, his mentor is nowhere to be found. After a month of unanswered questions and with no one else to turn to, he is forced to assume her role as the island’s sole doctor—facing not only the daily demands of caring for the islanders, but also the unsettling mysteries that lurk beneath the surface. Spoiler As strange events escalate, it falls to the young doctor to uncover the truth… before the island’s secrets consume him. The game revolves around the mysteries of a remote island and the true identity of The Nightrest. Who is she? What does she want? It’s up to you to uncover the truth.
