About The Nobody in a Hero's World

The Nobody in a Hero's World is a Ren'Py visual novel by DuckDevGames, set in the fantasy world of Lunaria as a demonic threat looms. You play a person who died in an embarrassing way and receives a new life, but you are not the summoned hero Jesus-Kun or the destined savior. Instead, you grow stronger while adventuring with party members and side characters, using 3D CG artwork and humorous, harem-flavored storytelling.

The current build is Episode 1 Part 3, released June 30, 2023, and the project is still active, with a remake underway. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, without censorship. The latest update concludes Episode 1, adds roughly 25,000 words, over 1,100 renders, new music and sound effects, interface and text-style changes, a smaller file size, and more adult scenes tied to choices.

In The Nobody in a Hero's World, the world of Lunaria is under threat from a great demonic evil... and you're not the destined hero meant to save them. You're not Jesus-Kun; you haven't been summoned and granted power beyond belief; you died an embarrassing death and have been granted a new life, one which starts in one of the worst ways possible. Grow stronger as you adventure through Lunaria with deep, engaging party & side characters and see the twists that unfold along the way. It's getting a remake.
