About The Spellbook

The Spellbook game is an adult Ren'Py choice-driven game by NaughtyGames, built as a remake of an earlier Unity project. You play someone tied to a forbidden spellbook that reveals desire and allows corruption. The fantasy story uses choices to alter relationships through desire and control. Its main themes include fantasy, corruption, and BDSM, presented in a 3DCG visual style.

The current build is v0.22.0.0, released on August 10, 2026, and the game remains in active development. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems, is in English, and is uncensored. The latest update finishes Aria's storyline and adds 18,896 words, 404 images, and 22 videos. Earlier work moved the project to Ren'Py and began adding music and sound effects.

Developer's description

Bound to a forbidden Spellbook, you gain the power to expose desire and corrupt. Shape relationships through lust, domination, or betrayal as every moment drags you deeper into a dangerous, erotic, choice-driven adventure. This is a remake built using the Ren'Py game engine. Animations in the new update are currently missing and will be added in future updates. Original Thread Unity - The Spellbook Spoiler A book that was found by mistake. There were moments this project could’ve died more than once. But it didn’t. Now, I finally have full ownership of The Spellbook — and like I said before: I’m finishing this game. This update marks a real turning point: ~500 new renders ~10,000 words of new content Full transition to Ren’Py Music and SFX now starting to get implemented No animations yet, I focused on rebuilding the core properly and pushing real content forward. What comes next will build on this foundation. The game will have bugs... Please report them on discord or here. I’ve been grinding hard for the past 5 months to make this happen. And for the first time in a long time… things are moving the way they should.
