The Transforming Detective is an 18+ gay mystery simulation by Tsukumon, made with RPGM. It uses 2D animated CG and puts a male protagonist in a town where cases are approached through transformations, either to investigate or to attract the men nearby. The game blends detective scenarios with adult content, letting the player change the protagonist’s situation while interacting with other men.
The current build is v0.19, released on September 18, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows and Mac, is written in English, and is uncensored. The changelog records additional adult scenes and temptation events in updates leading up to v0.19. The present release keeps the focus on mystery and adult encounters for players on the supported platforms.
