From a gameplay perspective, a lot has changed. Changes Affecting All Versions We’ve added the ability to choose the protagonist’s name. We’ve completely overhauled almost all interfaces (dialog windows, battle interfaces, the party selection interface, etc.). We’ve optimized performance. The animations in those particular scenes now run much more smoothly. We’ve completely redesigned the map, changing both its appearance and how you navigate it. You can now gather resources there. We’ve fully reworked and revamped the battle system: We’ve changed the abilities of both the main character and the party members. Consumable items have been introduced. You can use Veil Stones in battle, and there are new potions that remove various effects.
