Undercover with Nora

Version 0.5.0 Due to an ambiguous introduction page and a somewhat misleading title, I was preparing for a crime and thriller novel when I downloaded Undercover with Nora. Turns out this is a cute little dramedy with a parade of sexy girls and a good dose of sex. Story Nope, you are not playing an undercover cop working for the mafia or indulging in corporate espionage for an ominous corporation. Instead you (MC) are going "undercover" by posing as a boyfriend for Nora during a week of office team building in a ski resort. Nora has the usual define your relationship option which is obviously meant to make Nora your sister. However the game doesn't play on the family taboo too much, so it works pretty well if a non-incest player wishes to label otherwise. I used "childhood friend" and so far it gels in ok without awkwardness. Nora is a fun filled combination of comedy, relationship building and minor drama that's relaxing to go along. There are no grand conspiracies, supernatural elements or emotionally broken people drama (a bit on Nora's side, but nothing too heavy), just something to have fun and laugh along with a cast of quirky characters. Game Mechanic Visual novel with choices, but do note this is not a harem game. Your choices will result in you getting intimate with some LIs while excluding others. I suspect towards the end the game will narrow you to only one particular LI or at most two in special cases. Background / Character Renders Inceton might have attracted its fair share of criticism over the years, but one thing ya gotta give it to them is they know how to design their girls well physically. All of the ladies are attractive in their own ways and the funny thing is one can even argue that the main LI, Nora, is probably the plainest of them all. Backgrounds are mostly generic Daz3D indoor venues as much of the story takes place within a ski resort. Character Development For a start, Nora features the first MC from Inceton that is a pleasant ordinary male. Those who have tried other Inceton games will know their MCs tend to be either teenage horny idiots or insufferable doormats. Our MC here is a funny fireman, quite a flirter, but not some jerk who goes around abusing ladies. Nora as the main LI naturally has the most character building as pieces of her past trauma are gradually revealed to players over the course of the game. That is not to say the rest of the LIs are just single dimension tropes - though Nora takes up the most space, it's still only ~40% leaving adequate opportunities for Inceton to flesh out other LIs. Realistically one cannot expect too much character complexity from a dramedy AVN, but there's more than enough here to elevate the game beyond jerk off porn. Sex Scenes Plenty of them with all the LIs; I would say most are above average in quality featuring nice camera angles, decent animations, lewd dialogue and basic sound effects. Nothing too wild to date, just plain vanilla stuff with good production values. As mentioned earlier this isn't a harem game so multiple run throughs are required to unlock every scene. BGM and Sound Effects Serviceable BGMs and some minimal sound effects that complement the story well enough. Conclusion Despite Nora turning out to be a completely different animal from what I was expecting when starting off, I still entertained by the humour and endeared myself with many of the funny characters and their cuckoo predicaments. It's not going to make the ranks of some top story heavy visual novel, but it does show us that Inceton has the capability to make something that is more sophisticated than brainless incest/harem or NTR porn. Hopefully Nora will have adequate commercial success to encourage Inceton to explore doing something beyond what they've been doing for years.

This is Boring as of v0.2.0, the story is just not very engaging at all. The Art is just fine but not great, way below this devs normal art. maybe it's a difference artist on this one. Combine a Bland story with subpar graphics, and the need to Crack every update. This is a 2 star game in my opinion.

Forced hook up with a random woman , for no reason other than plot. Time and rime again NTR-suggestion without actual action to avoid the tag. No real choices whatsoever because the game can't decide if you're the player or a spectator. 1* for the graphics, thats about it. A bummer, the story could've been interesting.

The premise is good. The main girl (Nora) gets cheated by her fiance and moves in our apartment. At first both she and the MC don't consider each other as a LI. As for Ep1 there is no intercourse with Nora but there are bonus naked shots. At the same time the MC still gets pussy. The girl from the prologue (Lily) is hot as hell but sadly it seems she won't be romanceable. I dunno whether the dev will read it but I'd like to make a remark. Side girls here are beautiful and they kinda steal focus from Nora. I don't mean that they should be uglier but I hope for "cheating on Nora path"

This VN is a solid start, but its quality will largely depend on how well the future episodes balance plot with spicy content. Will keep watching this one and looking forward to the next update. Rating : Story : 6/10 Visuals : 9/10 Gameplay : 7/10 Adult Content : 8/10 Overall : 7.5/10 But as we are dealing with 5 stars here. 4 our of 5.

The plot is really interesting and the graphic is insane. I hope to see not only sex between the brother and sister but also romance. I hope to see a pure love story of two siblings filled with lots sex scenes. 5 stars as a motivation also. Keep going

The first two reviews are so sweet I almost went into a sugar coma. The game is decent for an EP.1 Since it's coming from an established DEV, it should be decent. There are many misspellings and pretty bad grammar issues. Some image sequences are inconsistent. Sentences start without an establishing word: "Can't believe him!" "I can't believe him!" throughout the game. The games the DEV creates are good, but this one is not 5-star good... yet. I would recommend the game, but I hope improvements are made. Edit: The game is much better now after the remake.

Review from EP1: Honestly this is the most interesting plot they've come up with in a long while. All the girls are smoking hot, render quality is great. Music repeats itself a bit too much, glad I usually listen to something else anyways. Will be waiting for a longer release though, it's still quite short. But for now it's good on all terms.

Thoroughly enjoyed this one. Gave it 5 stars not because its perfect but that its truly impressive and the developer did a great job! All round great product! Pros: Great models Animations are good Story is interesting, initially simple and then starts to take off a bit. Dialogue is good, script has thought put into it, grammar, spelling etc are very good. Dynamic between characters feels good, its not forced and characters feel natural. Some good humour, not forced, over the top, vulgar BS, just natural. Being able to choose relation to main characters Cons: None so far, apart from asking for more updates ! Cant wait to see how it unfolds Request: Decent variety of kinks / tags would be nice, there appears to be a lot of potential here
