Underdark: Prisoner Monster Girl Isekai is a dark fantasy adventure made with Ren'Py by The Sin Workshop. You play a young archaeologist who falls through an ancient portal during an expedition and lands in a dangerous underground world. Humans are rare and valuable there, while demons, ancient magic, and monster girls surround him. The game uses 3D CG visuals and animated presentation, with the protagonist trying to survive and adapt as the world slowly changes him.
The current build is v0.01 Remaster, released July 26, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with English text and no censorship. The latest changelog says that the remaster completely revamped the visual style and reworked the story.
Developer's description
A young archaeologist, during an expedition, accidentally falls through an ancient portal into a completely alien and dangerous underground world. Without weapons, without friends, and with no idea how to get back home, he finds himself in a brutal reality where humans are a rare and valuable commodity. Now he must survive in a dark fantasy world filled with demons, ancient magic, and creatures that look at him with hungry interest. Gradually, the protagonist begins to realize that there may be no way back… and that this world is slowly but surely changing him.
