Valdana: The Fall is a Ren'Py visual novel by Tjord, presented with 3DCG and animated scenes. It is an indirect sequel to Isis: The Fall, though prior knowledge is optional. You follow the Blaze Queen of Valdana, a planet caught between the Alliance of Free Planets and the Neo-Terran Confederacy. She has sided with the Alliance and must confront a punitive fleet, while threats may also come from within her own kingdom. The story explores corruption, humiliation, and lesbian relationships.
The current build is v2.00, dated October 1, 2023. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English text and no censorship. The update adds a new alternative route, a gallery mode, and a bonus scene for the original route, accessible through the gallery. Earlier, v1.00 was the initial release.
Developer's description
In a galaxy torn by centuries-long conflict between two superpowers, the queen of Valdana rules over a planet coveted by both Alliance of Free Planets as well as Neo-Terran Confederacy. Having aligned with the former, the fabled Blaze Queen now faces the Neo-Terran punitive fleet. Will she and her allies be able to defend the kingdom and its freedoms? And what if the most dangerous enemy actually lurks within Valdana? An indirect sequel to Isis: The Fall . Knowledge of previous game’s events is recommended, but not needed.
