About Velgard's Trial
Velgard's Trial is a Windows RPG Maker title by shin_kuro, using 2D visuals and animated 3DCG scenes. Its premise follows a portal in Tokyo that releases creatures into a magical realm, while lingering particles later create children with special abilities. Those children join squads sent through the portal to explore the other world. One squad travels to the Kingdom of Velgard, where a village request grows into far larger troubles. You play a male protagonist, and the adult themes include cheating, corruption, and netorare.
The current build is v0.2, dated August 29, 2026, and development is ongoing. It is an English, uncensored Windows release. The update revised earlier content with dialogue, grammar, and map corrections, fixed many reported bugs, and added New Game skip options. It also introduced a Backlog opened by pressing Tab outside dialogue, with mouse wheel or arrow scrolling. The build adds Day 4, Day 5, and a portion of Day 6, plus two added Dream World scenes and many other scenes. A v0.2.1 hotfix repairs a Day 6 crash after leaving the guest room.
Developer's description
UNAVOIDABLE NTR WARNING!!! A portal that leads to a magical world opens in Tokyo, with creatures coming out of it and causing problems. The government contains it, but unknowingly, particles from the portal contaminate the city, and years later, children with unique magical powers are born. Together, they form special squads that are sent through the portal to investigate this new world. One squad is sent to the Kingdom of Velgard to solve a certain village’s problem, which leads to bigger challenges than what they would’ve expected.
