About Viático
Viático is a slice-of-life science fiction visual novel from Secuencia Productions, made in Ren'Py with 2D AI CG art. You play Lautaro, a young technology prodigy who has been taken advantage of by people who promised support, leaving him stranded abroad with no money. The story follows his struggle to confront his past and decide whether to repeat old mistakes, stay stuck, or move forward through choices that carry greater consequences. Depending on those choices, his path may lead from Mexico to Buenos Aires or stop somewhere in between, and no two outcomes are the same. The game mixes dating, humor, and sci-fi themes.
The current build is v0.15, released on January 30, 2025. Development is ongoing, and the latest changelog lists an initial zone release. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android, with English, Spanish (LA), Japanese, Portuguese (BR), Russian, and Chinese language options. The game is uncensored.

Viatico or Travel Expenses for its translation from Spanish is a slice-of-life, sci-fi visual novel that centers around the life of Lautaro, a young genius that always had a knack for technology, but despite his prowess and intellect was always used and abused by those that claimed to value and want to sponsor him, eventually leaving him out to dry on some foreign land to fend for himself and broke af. The story starts here, where he must face with his past and decide whether or not he'll keep on repeating the same mistakes, stagnating, or allow himself through (your) choices that will now inevitably have more weight in his life than ever. The story could take you from Mexico to Buenos Aires, or leave you in between, the choice is up to you, remember: no two choices or outcomes will be the same. This is what I offer to the visual novel world, a visual novel with a different kind of touch from this side of the world. ð§ð¦¾ð¤
