We Need Money is an adult visual novel by Naughty Gamer Studio, made in Ren'Py with 3D rendered, animated presentation. You play a young man who prefers city life and girls over studying, but his father insists on university. Forced to leave the city, he arrives in a quiet town with a new university, struggles to find housing, and accepts a shared room from Rally in exchange for cash. The story follows his adjustment to unfamiliar streets, slow routines, friendships, rivalries, and unexpected complications in a place that seems calmer than it is.
Development is ongoing, with the current build at v1.8, released March 23, 2026. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, without censorship. Earlier updates added story text, images, and animated scenes, including content involving the protagonist and Rally, with gay themes and a male protagonist.
