Where Girls Are Made is a unique story simulation game with role-playing and visual novel elements set in a dystopian future where the world is entirely populated by lustful men and all women are extinct and rather replace by artificial androids conveniently called "girls". You take the role of a male protagonist working night shift on one of the factories that make these android girls. Your job is to make sure that all android products are perfect and not defective according to the client's orders.

New areas has been added for the 15 new unlockable android waifus in the 2nd area of the game. v0.6.03 Almost immediately after I released the update public, I've received reports that the game has become basically unplayable after the 2nd night due to a fatal crash in the Factory. This has since been fixed. If it still somehow occurs, I added a toggle feature on the Settings menu that disables "chat logs" which is the main cause for those crashes. Aside from that, I also made some minor adjustments that should ease the other bugs in the game. v0.6.01 First and fore most, the free version has now been increased in terms of gameplay. The free version now includes a total of 3 androids and quite a bit of the story that is only available on the unlocked version. Game Improvements The core game has now been improved and designed be easier to play with and a lot less tiresome. Android prices have been further changed and reduced. The Factory scenes have been changed so gameplay is a lot easier. 10 new waifu androids All 10 androids are available from the Mall on the 2nd map. Functional Lewdscenes Instead of just adding lewd scenes for the sake of lewds (which I don't have any problems btw), I figured I'll make it a gameplay feature as well. Good story, boring game. The story is intriguing and I moderately enjoyed reading through it, however the gameplay is so stale and so repetitive that I'd rather just read a book from the authors of this game rather than """play""" it. The art is nice looking, and the animations are passable, but they easily get repetative - much like the gameplay. TL;DR A great sci-fi novel, not a good game.

It's a great game, only problem is the repetitive grind, the scenes/animations are nice, but if you play this game, you have to keep a low peace and try not to hardcore, you will end like me, with nothing to do but wait for the events to start, I still don't understand how the events are supposed to work in this game... Besides that, the story is unique, it may not be the best, but it's interesting, I would like to have better choices, but I was playing for the scenes anyway. Edit 1: bad I played this game when it was still in development, it only had the second city and was fine, I was thinking now that the game is complete most of the problems the game had before should be solved, so I came back for the complete experience... This game still have the same grind, a bunch of bugs or just playing normally can soft lock you, most of the animations and scenes you see in game are repetitive with different looks and the unique ones you can only see once for playthrough, the story has a few branches and endings, but it was disappointing, and the worst part of it all, that's make all off this things worsen the experience, you have only one auto save, the only way to keep playing if you soft lock is to restart, I had to restart 2 times because of that, if you want to see the unique scenes again, you have to play all over again, it's easier to just watch someone else playing...

The whole game can be experience from the first minute the gameplay start. Unexplained, no-one ask, and a lot of "What?" From the gameplay it's slow to the point that it might be a deliberate decision made to bypass Steam refund policy, with time that doesn't do anything and energy meter that just there to gate keep progress. The premise sell it to be big, but fall short in everything it's going for, so to compromise all that flaw it become a scene viewer, a bad one at that! It's slow with the same pose on different model on a background that hurt the eye. It's really sad honestly, seeing the premise have me intrigue, a dress-up doll with personality. Heck there's even one that does it right, like Slave Matrix or My Dream Girlfriend

Recommended(??) – 8/10 Summary Length: 10-20 Hour Experience: Pt and click mystery I have a lot of stuff to say about this game Story: 4.5/5: Well written but iffy ending Gameplay: 1/5 Originality: 5/5 Scenes/Sex: 2/5 Feet: 0/5 Intensity: 1/5 Depravity: 0/5 Will I keep for future use: NO Amount of Content: 2/5: Too much Characters: 5/5 Performance & TL:5/5 So, Man this game was a fucking ride, I was so into it since the very start trying to find answers and understand whatever the fuck was going on, I LOVED THE PREMISE AND THE EXECUTION of the story, by the end i was fed up with the gameplay but so invested in the story itself, thats why im rating it so high. The storytelling felt weak at times because of repetition to get like 1 part of a 1000 piece puzzle. Was I disappointed with the ending? Kinda I was hoping for something like Spoiler: spoiler all previous women had their conscience transferred to androids but that wasnt the case, it was much simpler than that which made the stakes for either of the decisions quite weak. Overall, fine story, game is lacking in every aspect <3

I have... quite a lot to say about this game, despite how simple the gameplay loop is. Let's start with the PROS, of which there are few; PROS: 1) For the most part, where it matters, the art looks good. The girls are decently rendered and animated, the cutscenes are alright. 2) Money isn't hard to earn, and progression for the character is fine. (energy and salary increments make sense) CONS: 1) While the character art is fine, everything else is just... bad. Like really bad. Not only does the Background artist pay ZERO attention to line weight, color theory and details, but the palete... the goddamn palette is so bad. Seriously, who thought it was a good idea to splash Neon pink, Cyan, and purple everywhere thinking it automatically makes a good Cyberpunk setting? WHO? In Cyberpunk games, those colors are used to help make the background POP, not as the primary colors for any scene. If anything, backgrounds are usually metallic grey and bluish to help set aside the bright colors for accents and highlights. 2) Not only that, you also cannot zoom into the characters when engaging in sex. I'm not sure about most people, but I like the action to be up and center, rather and zoomed out and far away. There is also no climax animation, although I kinda(?) remember it being present in earlier versions of this game. I could be mistaken but regardless, it isn't present now. 3) Gameplay loop is tedious and boring. Simple? Yes. But its not at all fun in any sense of the word. There is nothing interactive about it. Just watch the lines for red and green, and then accept or reject accordingly. It's simply too simple to keep the player from getting bored out of their minds, ESPECIALLY since there is no other avenue for earning money. 4) And the worst sin of all; the Paywall. Look, I get it. You want to create an incentive for patrons to pay for higher tiers by providing exclusive content. but the problem is, all the content being withheld are part of the gameplay. You're essentially cutting out 1/3 of the game's content to justify an 'exclusive' version that should, frankly, not exist. Paywalls are meant for rewards that can only be obtained outside of the game, like Patrons asking for custom porn animation loops or something. But whatever, this is just a personal issue I have, and I'm sure most people are fine with this. I'm just not. TLDR; repetitive and tedious game that doesn't do its own strengths justice by not having zoom functions as well as hiding 1/3 of its content behind a paywall. Not recommended.

Painfully boring, an errand simulator that rewards you with porn. You could get the same experience by playing papers please and every time the day ends, play a short loop of porn. The main selling point is the setting and fetish content of girls being robots and this I find to be a poor reason to play Where girls are made. This game needs to make its core loop, the creation of the girls, more erotic in nature to keep the attention of the player. The animations are clean and look nice, the loops themselves are of quality but the implementation of them should be revised to better fit a game, not a gallery.

I love this game. The story is great and the art is wonderful. I can't wait for the next update ! I hope that in the future, the factory work will get harder or with more things to do at the same time

A very interesting concept. I think it has a huge potential if it is combined with mechanics similar to Papers Please + making a harem. But the current state of the game is really bad in my opinion. The gameplay is extremely repetitive, boring, and ridiculously easy, as everything you need to check is either green or red. If you see anything red - reject it. This is so easy that even an ape would be able to do it. The scenes are basically one looped move. The art style is fine. Writing is terrible. So for now it's very poor, but maybe later it will be way better

As for 0.4.00 the game is very simple, even too simple. Every girl has 3 animation and there is no finishing. The bar with animation just loads into 100% and that's it. There is just a little bit of plot explaining to you where, what and who you are + some girl introduction dialogue after you acquire one. Your whole purpose in this game is to raise stamina by banging the girls, and using it for working.

It's really a great game with very interesting gameplay, but I believe there needs to be more story about the game in the free version. Art: 8/10 Story: 7/10 Gameplay: 8/10 hmm... maybe we can find out more through new updates and with that we can see how long the game will go after all it is still in its early stages and has a lot of potential.

should be called real time clickmania. not bad enough that the whole game right now is a grind for cash to purchase androids - of which only 2 are ready (the rest all say still in development), and that the grinding is observation based... and that observation once you figure out how is compare a growing and disorganized list of requirements (with a time limit for each) to a product then - if OK (because you can't look again after going into analysis mode) accepting if it also is working in all categories (otherwise reject) to get bonus or penalty cash... but you also have to click several times to do, well, anything. I want to go home. so I click on Apartment. ...are you sure you want to go to the apartment? yes. click again. ...ok, going to apartment. click to proceed. ...seriously? k. I have no idea whether there's any redeeming quality to the game, because after finding out that the grind led to only 2 possible androids for all that work, neither of which thrilled me I uninstalled. maybe others will be more amused where I was annoyed.
