Yarimon Master: Using Cheats to Fuck 'em All!

Colossal width to this game, shit is insane, and a good depth in the gameplay department where this could serve as an actual pokemon alternative, the visuals are amazing and the animations + audio really sell this. Im giving it 4 stars however because, since this is a sandbox game it inevitably gets repetitive in how you approach the girls, and the progression is not so intuitive, walking around its worlds gets boring eventually.

It's a major step-up from the developer's previous game (Free Fuck Ticket) and there are countless references to it. Once more, you play as an ugly degenerate who somehow gets an overpowered ability to essentially fuck any h-girl you encounter, though this time as a Pokemon spin-off: you battle female trainers in turn-based combat with caught monsters and essentially have sex with the defeated trainers. As usual with this dev, the 'consent' is rather questionable. If the previous game was simply a glorified gallery, this one actually has decent gameplay including a complex plot. The h-scenes are still grotesque at times though and contain all sorts of dubious fetishes as expected, though it's significantly less extreme than it used to be. There's loads to explore, the map is massive, there are sub-quests, there's dozens of h-girls to fuck and the music is fitting. My favourite part of the story revolves around some weird secret cult. The main downside for me was that despite everything, it still felt pretty repetitive and I also honestly didn't really care much for the story. Nor did I feel much of a bond with any of the main girls. As many have pointed out, the protagonist is also kind of just obnoxious, making it hard to relate to him. It's also worth noting that the game is fairly grindy, especially if you refuse to use the "cheat move". All-in-all though, I can't complain too much since I did spend at least 20 hours playing it. And I'm also looking forward to the next game the dev releases, if he ever does.

Just finished the main story and I have to say: this game exceeds all expectations! If you are looking for a H game with solid mechanics, life improvements, and intriguing plot, then this game is the one for you! Like one of the reviewers had said, this game is certainly a fever dream that was made by a team who loves monster capture games!

The game is good though I am not a big fan of the artist style in general, and h scene feels complementary. The game should be played as a pokemon game rather than a h game, and when considering that i think it deserves a 5 star.

It's like a fever dream playing this game, everything your looking for- good story, art style, music, gameplay, and h-scenes. Definitely the best in my opinion, even better than some genuine pokemon games.

This is probably the greatest game I've ever experienced. The plots and story are amusing, fascinating and overall amazing! The characters and their development are interesting to follow and immerse. And the H scenes are extremely well-made, with a variety of scenes for each character. If you are looking for beautiful animations and harem content, or a deep and interesting plot, or just simply into Pokemon ; this game would really get you hooked.

Absolutely superb. The fact that this is a legitimately good pokemon-like is already astounding. On top of that the story is actually really good. If I were to take away points for anyting, it is that there is some content that is a little gross, but the game goes to huge lengths to make sure you're aware of it and are able to avoid it.

Holy fuck this game is long. Uhhh. Let's start with the Positives: I won't touch too much on gameplay because it's quite literally just Pokemon. If you want to jerk off, play on easy, if you want to have fun, play it on normal. Good and intriguing story, charming characters with unique personalities even if the translation is a bit iffy, really cool Yarimon designs. Like you could honest to god play this game and have a fun time without touching your dick once. It's crazy. As for the meat of it, although the scenes are very brief we all know this artist makes some amazing shit, I mean, just look at the cover! There isn't all that much kink variety in the game, which is definitely a -1, but all the scenes are so good that it's hard to be too critical of it. Just an overall solid piece of work, I don't have to pick cherries to choose what is good and what isn't. Now.. for the Negatives: Uh oh.. is this?.. Yeah. This is not a porn game folks. This is a game with porn. Be warned before you walk into it. Aside from the iffy translation, the only issue I have with this game is that, again. It's not a porn game, it's a game with porn. It is my personal preference that games that are made to jerk off to don't try too hard at being actual games, see, there's a big difference. However this game is WAY too good to like, make it 1 star because of it. Sure, there's a small issue with the protagonist filling the loser ugly shota trope, but if you don't mind it, then I don't see the issue. There's little to no things to complain about, so.. yeah. So, what do YOU propose, shithead? Find another game to beat your meat to. If you're gonna play this, you're going to have to lock the fuck in. In short: Do you want to play Pokemon and have some jerk-off breaks in-between? Download this. Do you want a gallery viewer that you don't have to work for? Don't even think about it. Solid shit. INTRO This game is hard to rate. There are some things here I admire a lot, and there are others that I think are really poorly done. However, I can't in good conscience rate this game as "Poor" (2★) or "Average" (3★), so "Good" (4★) it will have to be, regardless of my qualms with it. Yarimon Master is a monster-catching porn game. It has 2D character sprites in a pretty nice hand-drawn style, plot and characters that are considerably more in-depth and interesting than I was expecting, and a surprisingly large map and amount of actual monster-catching gameplay, with 151 mons to collect. It also has the most scripted and repetitive sex scenes I have seen in a game that offers so many different sexual partners, an insufferable protagonist, and a major gameplay element that helps you "get to the porn faster", but also kinda ruins the strategical element and thus the majority of the satisfaction you can get from the gameplay in a turn-based monster-battler like this. Having at least some slight familiarity with the Pokemon universe will give you a deeper appreciation for this game, as there are a lot of elements of parody here, and even some of the game's tutorialisation explains concepts by contrasting them to how things work in the Pokemon series. You don't need to have played those games before to enjoy this one, though. THE CHEAT TACKLE Yarimon has a unique gameplay mechanic that you're introduced to at the start of the game — you can have up to 3 mons in your party, but one of them must always be your starter and companion, Chikepu. Chikepu has a special move, the cheat tackle , which can only be used once per battle but literally one-hit KOs any currently fielded enemy mon and will always hit first. This move is both relevant to the narrative of the game and to its gameplay — narratively, it serves as the catalyst to the "zero to hero" story that the protagonist goes through; and in terms of gameplay, it allows players who are here mostly for the porn to very quickly dispatch enemies to move on with either the story or to the sex scenes (which are the reward you get for winning fights against female trainers — there is a quite compelling in-narrative reason behind this, but the practical reason is that this is a porn game and you get your porn scenes as a reward for winning fights and progressing). The game's difficulty is even linked to this move — the normal mode only allows you to use cheat tackle once per fight, while the easy mode allows you to use it indefinitely (which literally means you only ever need your starter and you can win any fight in the game regardless of your or your opponent's level, type advantage, etc.). This may seem great in concept, but honestly, I feel like it doesn't work too well in practice, and I really wish there was a hard difficulty in which you're not allowed to use cheat tackle outside of the story/cutscenes, and that the game had been designed with that in mind. You absolutely can beat the game without ever using cheat tackle, and I believe there is at least some acknowledgment of you doing so given that there is an always-on-screen counter of how many times you used it. However, it is both too powerful and too useful at quickening fights for the average player not to use it at the start of the game, and if you decide later that you don't need/want it, you need to restart the game in order to achieve whatever reward there is for not using it — I didn't do that, as it seemed like way too much of a hassle and I wasn't aware how long the game was when I started playing (my playthrough took almost 20 hours). These are the problems I have with this move in combination with the rest of the game's mechanics: If you want to figure out strategies using the cheat tackle yourself, skip the first 2 points. 1. It breaks the difficulty curve of encounters. Any trainer with only 1 mon in their party or any wild mon (wild mons are always in a party of 1), of any level, can be beaten from the literal start of the game. You can beat a Lv. 80 mon at Lv. 1 with a party of 1, but you can't beat a party of 2 Lv. 20 mons at Lv. 10 with a party of 3. It doesn't reward you linearly with your efforts and progression, there are sudden spikes in difficulty/ease that feel off. 2. You can literally capture any wild mon at Lv. 1, as long as you have a party of 2 — have Chikepu as your 2nd mon; upon entering the battle with your sacrificial mon, use it's turn to throw a pokeball, the enemy will always attack after the item has been used; as soon as your sacrifice dies, Chikepu will come out, you use cheat tackle, you have a 100% victory and capture chance. This removes all the risk from fights with wild mon, and makes both capturing and winning said fights feel like a hollow victory. 3. If you're here in part for the gameplay, the majority of the game feels like it is balanced around you having and using cheat tackle — you are ambushed by wild mon extremely often and many trainers have one mon that is considerably higher level than the others — meaning that if you don't use cheat tackle, you will take forever to progress, as you have to constantly spend time fighting meaningless wild mon, and will have to be overleveled for many trainer fights to at least partially match the level of their strongest mon, meaning you have to grind more to get there, and when you do, you will steamroll 2 of their mons and only have one to really fight. 4. If you're truly here just for the porn, cheat tackle doesn't really serve you either — you won't have to grind levels or currency at all, but you still have to engage in the fights only to do the same exact repetitive sequence of events, over, and over, and over , and over again — you still have to sit through the start and end of fight animation, you still have to go through dialogue, you still have to explore the world to even find the opponents you need to beat in order to progress the story, you will still need to backtrack to previous areas to unlock more h-scenes... THE PROTAGONIST AND THE SEX SCENES The protagonist is a caricature of a low-self esteem "ugly bastard" loser. He is self-deprecating 75% of the time, another 20% of it is filled with him being overly aggresive and suddenly overly self-confident towards women that are derisive to him. In either state, he is insufferable and dislikable. The rest of the 5% of the time he is acting like a somewhat tolerable human being. Truly, the protagonist gets on my nerves — I get that his portrayal is at least partially satirical, but not only are we exposed to way too much of it, this satire clashes with the more self-serious moments of the story, be they character growth or plot exposition moments. The sex scenes all include the protagonist — so half the equation is already spoiled. The partners you engage with are generally considerably more interesting than him, but sex scenes in this game follow a pretty tight script: there are story-related partners, which have character growth and are about the protagonist developing and expressing feelings for them (this is the concept, not the execution); and then there are the side partners, which are either: hot chicks with low self-esteem, which the protagonist will convince that they are great; hot chicks with snobbish attititudes, which the protagonist will demean and be aggressive towards; or hot chicks that are acting as if they don't to have sex, which the protagonist will generally make fun of. This is all the variety you get, even though there are more than 20 different sexual partners in the game. Not only is the conceptual script very strict, the actual depiction of sex is pretty much always identical too — rough vaginal sex during which the girl gets multiple orgasms, ending with multiple creampies from the protagonist. Regardless of whether this combination is your cup of tea or not, I'm pretty sure you'll be very tired of it by the 30th time in a row. This game is also very iffy with consent. The game implies it pretty hard from the tutorial already, but with confirmation: there is mind control going on here. Almost all girls eventually do give enthusiastic verbal consent, but it's up to you if you accept consent from someone with an altered state of mind, and whether that is a pro or a con for you in a virtual fictional game . There is one character that explicitly states multiple times she does not want to have anything to do with you, much less sex, but she is bound by a contract to have sex with you. Many characters are also portrayed to be seemingly underaged. I'm not here to yuck your yum in a porn game, but I do believe that is potentially an important consideration for many. THE GAME As I mentioned at the start, the plot is surprisingly more in-depth than I'd expect from something like this. In many ways, it has the vibes of the dark conspiracies players make out of the Pokemon universe, but realised in a story. I think that with some more polishing, this would have been a pretty incredible story. The gameplay is a bit simplistic when compared to Pokemon, but all the main systems are there, just in a more streamlined form. Apart from my issues with the cheat tackle, I wish the elemental advantages system had a bit more complexity and that there was a bit of a bigger punishment for mons fainting in battle. Otherwise, the combat only has the issues that this genre of combat has in general: turn-based battles can get repetitive, and RNG-based moves can sometimes be frustrating to deal with. It is overall a pretty tight experience. The story and the gameplay start resonating pretty well with eachother, but by the late-game, especially if you're filling up the dex and are hunting all trainer battles, there is quite an abysmal amount of dissonance between them — gameplay-wise you're a god that can decimate any trainer with only one mon (doesn't even need to be Chikepu, Moostar for the win ) and can generally disregard elemental advantages, while the story will still treat your opponents as even adversaries (and you even have a forced loss/draw as the result of winning a battle). There is a lot of content here, even after you beat the game, although at that point you're pretty much only there for the porn/the closure of your relationships. Once again, my playthrough was almost 20 hours long. CONCLUSION This is a hard game to recommend from the porn-side of things, but it is also a difficult game not to commend from the gameplay and narrative side of things. I definitely spent way more words deliberating about it than probably anyone else in these reviews, so I think my opinion has been made clear. If you decide to play, good hunting!

can't believe one of the coolest fight scenes is from a porn game, there's no way i can list this to my friends renders 5/5 music and sfx 5/5 hotness 4/5 story 4/5 gameplay 4/5 honestly my biggest gripe is the MC and the way he looks

Easily one of the best video games I've ever played. First of all its an ecchi Pokemon game that was actually COMPLETED plus DLC *round of applause*. An original starter with multiple evolutions. Not at all grindy or overly difficult. The game itself is really fun with a surprisingly good story surrounding the truth of the world's "White God" and the mystery of this girl with white hair you keep seeing in recurring dreams. The story blends past & present and did it very well following this chain of effects in the past that nearly led to humanity's erasure that you learn more & more of with each dream. Slowly pulling back the curtain and unraveling the shared connection between your partner Chikepu, the white haired girl, the Commander, & the White God. This alone made it worth playing. I nearly got emotional during the final events of the story it was that good. From the moment the final rounds of the Championship Tournament start to the end is just straight peak. Pivoting back to the porn there is a LOT of sex scenes. You get one each time you beat a girl in battle & out of 100+ battles at least 80% of them are against women. You also literally have a whole separate woman pokedex telling you what girls you've fucked, how many scenes they have, and how/when you can unlock each one. Essentially a GREAT gallery feature that was incorporated into the game in a fun way that adds to the game and doesn't feel like a gallery just for the sake of having a gallery. While i did opt to play on easy mode with unlimited cheat tackle uses I still feel like the game is amazing. 10/10. We need more porn games that are still great games without the sex. I have both games and I'm here starting this game's DLC instead of the Pokemon Legends ZA DLC if that tells you anything.

Loved the game! Honestly I believe it can stand as a Pokémon ripoff for new players even without the sex animations. Which bring me to the weak point of the game and its the animation. Now its not bad, but If I needed to rate the game only based on that it was 6/10 (some are actually good, loved the DLC s) But the gameplay and the music make up for it

This was a really fun game to play, the scenes can be a bit repetitive until the end of the "league" but the the dlcs add a lot of variance. The game itself is a well done fakemon. Suggested to all naughty pocket monster fans

I came into this game blind and what I found was one of the most fun Hgames I've played. If you are looking for a Pokemon style catching game i recommend this. The mechanics are very well done. Story's great, lots of content, lots of secrets, arts amazing. All round just a great game.

Simple, I like nyuu art, well, I just write for enough word. About game play, this is good, not as good as pkm but ok. The story is good for fantasy, absolute harem (can be seen from cover). About the scene, it is good also, although the motion is not too much, it enough for fantasy.

If you're looking for a pokemon porn game, you're going to reaaaally enjoy this game. If like me you're just trying to find a pleasurable porn game, you will have imo a lesser good experience. Gameplay (11/10) Has two difficulties, enabling cheating for a more casual experience. Without enabling cheating, the pokemon-like progression is smooth and the amount of side quests allows you to indulge in many "distractions" on the way. Some boss fights also forego the normal battle system, making it more interesting. The map is large, and as you progress you unlock more than you can handle. Graphics (10/10) At the start the characters, attacks and H-scenes are the only thing there. As you progress through the main quest, an anime-like scenes with particles appear - which are pretty high-quality. The map quality is amazing in Wano and The Resort, and is of a similar quality in other areas. Storyline (8/10) I won't comment on much here, since it is a bare-bones zero to hero story that is just above average. However, this storyline becomes much better when accomplishing the side-quests, where you can see many sub-plots that are more interesting and more realistic than the main plot. Audio (9/10) I don't know why i added this category so I'll keep it short. The background music is great, and subtly changes in pitch in some areas. Boss fights include high-quality, fast music but I disliked it. This really is one of the best quality games (including some games not on this site) I have played . PS: There is SO much content and the gameplay is very enjoyable apart from in the very late game (although that is expected from most games)

A genuinely excellent entry in the "Pokemon + Sex" subgenre! Lots of QoL features that are very welcome for a short porn parody while still maintaining a solid core of monster training gameplay, along with shockingly good monster design and flavor text for a parody game generally, and especially for a porn parody. The character design and artwork was extremely up my alley; great variety of body types on display, and the style was really appealing to me outside of the distracting "x-ray" effect, which was a pretty major misfire when projected directly over the girls. The animation is simple but effective. I managed to nab the full pokedex and girls, and had a great time doing it. Doesn't feature some elements I enjoy in Pokemon-likes, but I'm thrilled I gave it a try anyway: really enjoyed my time with it.
