Yoruhana is an isometric RPG inspired by JRPGs and eroge, featuring a branching story shaped by your choices, alongside beautifully crafted pixel art and hand-drawn illustrations. This game has optional Japanese voice acting for all dialogue, adding an anime-inspired tone and more depth to the characters. Designed to be played with a controller or keyboard , it aims for a more ‘game-like’ feel—moving away from the usual visual novel structure. Follow the protagonist, Bella, and her friends as they journey to a party in the enigmatic town of Blumenschaft.

v0.1.2 - Added two new maps - Added 4 new skits - Bug fix: Fixed an issue that allowed you to pause the game during a choice. Hiding the window during a skit will only hide the message window, so you can still see the busts as intended. v0.1.1 - Added two maps - Added a disposable item (stick) - Added 5 skits - Added 2 new scenes: "Bella bonks Dylan on the head" + "How they met" - Added those unlockable pictures to the CG Gallery v0.1.0 Initial Release

[v0.1.1] The whole """game""" takes about 15 minutes to play. There's a dream sequence consisting of 3 stone corridors that lead to an event where random people say mysterious things and then MC wakes up, an extended car ride sequence with dialogue and flashbacks vaguely establishing the relationships between the 4 characters in the car, another three screens of Forest.jpg and then an ending slide - that's all folks! Oh, and there's a few smut images in the car ride sequence when MC zones out and fantasizes about her friend - not full on scenes, just an image and a line or two of text - to barely fulfill the requirement of being an "adult" game I guess. Also, despite only two things actually happening in the plot (1. The cast is driving somewhere 2. The car breaks down and they decide to walk the rest of the way) there are plot holes in those two events - because after walking down the road for a while they find a tree has fallen across the road and decide to give up on their previously stated goal of going wherever the road leads to wander into the woods instead. A fallen tree will stop a car from going down a road - not a person on foot. It makes zero sense for the cast to wander into the woods, navigating around many trees, in order to avoid navigating around a single tree laying on a road. That might seem nitpicky. Video games always have characters doing things that would be illogical in real life due to the constraints of the medium, and if this "fallen tree problem" were just one thing happening in a larger game I probably wouldn't even notice. But the fact is that the fallen tree is LITERALLY at least 25% of all the content in the game - so when it's got glaring problems it becomes more noticeable. So the whole game is basically 6 or maybe 10 RPGM maps, a single pixel art sprite of the main redhead to walk on them, maaaaaybe 5000 words worth of text, VN-style standing images for 6 characters (4 main cast 2 dream randos), and another a dozen or so CGs depicting dream magic and flashbacks. come back after another thousand updates and maybe there will be a a game

this review is of V.0.1.0 this game, for what little it has, it is great, good art, intriguing story the main complain is that there isn't more of it. that and the god awful keyboard controls. Do yourself a favor and play this with a controller if you can the other reviews are valid, but i don't think they deserve such a low rating for things that could be address in future versions.

I get the feeling that the artist likes drawing women in only one body type. My only critique is that if you're hoping to retain people, you gotta draw more than the skinny anorexic bitches More variety, spice it up. Cause right now you've got serious barbie syndrome. When all the chicks look the same, it makes them less unique.

Shows a lot of promise. I liked the story as far as I managed to read it. The characters and art look good, I dont mind the pixel graphics when moving around. Overall it looks like a game I would very much enjoy once its fully released.

~1 minute of gameplay in its current state ~10 minutes of reading v0.1.0 is a tech demo/exposition dump art is exactly what you see in the previews would recommend coming back to this game in a year or two

I always rate games as is not as it might be in the future bc that is what rating is for.. so is this worth playing: no, is there any content: no, is there anything of note: yes, the worst controls in any game i have ever seen example: you wnet into options menu now how do you go back? did you guessed esc ? no, x? no, its the most logical key a numpad 0 how coud you not know this also you hide text box with: u, this is not even stated in controls and skip dialog button is slower than pressing enter, amazing. Bonus if you want to see 90% of the game's curent content scroll down to pictures on this page and there you have it.

Not a whole lot going on yet, as it's more of a tech demo/proof of concept than a game. Still, what is there is very well made. If the devs keep the quality at the level of the prologue the whole time, it will be great. Not currently worth downloading unless you want to see the proof of concept. You'll blast through it in a few minutes.
