Zero to Hero is a Ren'Py adult visual novel by c0mh1x, drawn with 2D CG art. You play Malcolm, a young man living with his mother and sisters in Walkerville, a mid-sized Texas town in an alternate United States. His goal is to stop feeling like a loser and become a true alpha male. Other men chase the same status, so you must outpace rivals while uncovering mysteries in town. The game blends humor, harem, and futa/trans content.
The current build is v0.4, released June 29, 2026, and development remains ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English, uncensored. This update adds a visual-novel mode that skips navigation, an improved Android interface with quickmenu, skip, and rollback, and start-of-game character settings, including futa options. It also includes a neighborhood watch patrol with two neighbors, a spy scene with Monica and an unknown woman in two versions, and a first explicit scene. The release ends on a cliffhanger with Grace.
