Zoey: Horny Roomates

The character is certainly appealing, but the writing is extremely boring and generic, bordering on cringe. Even more irritating is that it isn't animated (excluding the title screen), despite having the animated tag. At least, the only scene I got to wasn't, which led me to promptly close the game. But worst of all, it connects to the internet, which is unacceptable for some random low-quality VN. But I can acknowledge that this is a personal point. I can't quite remember (and I can't be bothered going back to check since the game limits click-inputs so you can't even effectively skip forward) but I don't even think it flips between a couple frames (which still wouldn't count). I think it's just flat-out mistagged. Otherwise, it takes way too long (for the same click-limiting mentioned above) to get to the NSFW content, especially with how agonizing the writing is.

This game is solid with a modern premise of going on an app (airbnb for example) and renting a place with a hot girl you just met. Pro tip: click the actual word bars at the bottom to progress faster, don't keep clicking the continue button. Pros: A good amount of scenes to look through Special rewards included if you click the "hidden" stars throughout the game Piercing which are a plus for me Cons: Sadly only 5 videos to collect No save button which feels weird Conclusion: This game isn't meant to be more than an hour long really and it knows it which is good. I'd recommend playing through it, it's very easy and takes around an hour and it looks high quality.

Art is great, everything else about this is shit though. Don't click the continue button, it's just there for some fade-in/out special effect, click the text itself, it allows you to progress at a sane pace. Yeah that's about it, art is nice, animation is nice, story is what you'd expect, game's a bit buggy because the devs used unity instead of ren'py (which means they have to be competent, which means if they're not you get problems, we have problems, go figure, currently you can only progress through half the 'game' before getting stuck on an anal scene where the game shits itself).
