Zombie NTR is a 2D adult game made with RPGM by ntrworld, using AI CG art. It follows a male protagonist and his wife after a deadly plague spreads through a dystopian setting. When they meet another man from their school, the story centers on cheating and betrayal.
The current build is v1.0, released April 4, 2025 for Windows. It supports English, Japanese, and Chinese. The game is censored with mosaics.
Developer's description
A deadly plague has opened the gates of hell, and the human race can't stop the virus from mutating. A couple survives the apocalypse, until they meet a bad predecessor from the same school as their peers, and the story of the beautiful wife's bedding begins again...
