A Village Corrupted is an adult HTML text game by hauntedking, running on Windows, Mac, and Linux in English. It is uncensored and combines visuals with light interactive choices. You play a young university graduate returning from London to Duncreag, a village in the Scottish Highlands. Dark figures have corrupted him and set a task: push local men into their deepest vices. The story centers on corruption and religion, with fantasy elements.
The current build is Chapter 5, dated May 30, 2025, and development is ongoing. This update focuses on the butcher Arthur Bannerman's corruption across four long scenes. It also adds demigod lore, a way to contact each demigod directly, and two of fourteen available scenes. Story progress covers Arthur, Shepherd, Tommy, Iain, Michael, and an intimate scene between the protagonist and his father Duncan. Other additions include a dream that becomes a fatal, lewd nightmare, encounters with three returning characters, and a temporary escape from Duncreag.

Welcome to A Village Corrupted, a (very) NSFW gay text-based game with lots of visuals and some minor interactive story elements.
The story follows a young university graduate as he returns from London to his hometown in the Scottish Highlands, Duncreag. Corrupted by dark figures within it, he is given a task: to corrupt the community by ensuring that the men of the village give into their deepest vices - pride, lust, greed, envy, gluttony, sloth and wrath.
