About ASHGATE
ASHGATE is a harem visual novel by AshgateGame, made with Ren'Py and using animated 2D AI CG art. You wake in the body of a famous thief inside a prison fortress built in a volcanic caldera. A stolen queen's necklace remains locked around your neck, and Pit night, the prison fight ring, is seven days away. Four factions seek something from you, while women on the block wonder which thief stories are true. The game mixes humor with fantasy and a light sandbox.
The current build is v0.1, released on October 1, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, with English, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. There is no censorship. This first release covers the first week on the block, ending at Pit night. It adds three animated sex scenes with Nell, Red, and Mags, two introductory scenes for each of those characters and Dessa, four factions, eight jobs, Work and Make Amends options, plus a map, journal, walkthrough toggle, save anywhere, and scene gallery.
