B.E.S.T is a Ren'Py visual novel by Dolyla, presented with 3D animated artwork. You play a male protagonist who believes he is traveling to the United States for a six-month language course. In reality, a mysterious man named Mr. Orushi has chosen him as one of one hundred candidates in a program meant to identify the B.E.S.T student. The story centers on romance, a school setting, and teasing, while tests and eliminations continue until a single winner remains. Strategic planning, teamwork, and relationship building matter, and player choices decide whether the protagonist succeeds or fails.
The current build is Episode 5.1, released on October 5, 2025, and development is finished. It runs on Windows, Linux, and Mac, with English, French, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese, and Italian language support, and it is uncensored. The latest update reworked the interface, including choices, buttons, phone elements, and icons. It also added summary screens and a clean progress export for carrying save data into the sequel.

Our Hero thinks he's going to the USA for a 6 month intensive language program.
But the truth is that he has been selected as one of the 100 participants in a new program launched by a mysterious man, Mr. Orushi. The enigmatic program will force the candidates through tests and trials with one overriding goal: to select the B.E.S.T student. At every stage of the testing challenges, one or more students will be eliminated until only one remains. Careful strategy, effective teamwork, and building relationships will be all be vital for success during the game. Your choices will decide if he succeeds or fails. Can you guide him to be the first B.E.S.T student?
