BlackJack & Hookups is an adult card game by OPsGayLover, created with the Others engine and shown in a 2D AI CG style. You challenge card dealers to blackjack, and winning hands unlocks more scenes with them. The dealers include male, female, and futa/trans characters, with furry and gay themes among the adult content.
The current build is version 27, released on September 29, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, is in English, and is uncensored. The latest changelog adds Yoru, a female dealer. Earlier updates also added more dealers and improved image handling. The v23 changes included an option to set image count in a dialogue file and reduced the free version to a quarter of its prior size.
