About Blackmail Protocol
Blackmail Protocol is an animated AI CG 3D simulator by Oiwa Kuna, made with Unreal Engine, and uses anime-inspired visuals. You play as a male protagonist in a neon cyber-anime city shaped by anonymity, digital trade, and hidden networks. From a hidden RV mobile base, you place mechanical spider cameras to watch private spaces, collect intelligence, and sell footage on an underground anonymous market. As the operation grows, new districts, surveillance tools, monitoring upgrades, and network access open, each with different layouts and strategic challenges. The experience emphasizes slow-burn voyeurism, secrecy, and control.
The current build is v0.2.1, a Windows demo dated May 14, 2026. It is in English and uncensored. This update improved core gameplay systems, added bug fixes and stability work, polished the interface with quality-of-life changes, enhanced environments, optimized performance, and rebalanced general gameplay. Earlier v0.02 introduced the initial zone.

Operating from a concealed RV-based mobile headquarters, players deploy advanced mechanical spider cameras throughout the city to secretly observe private locations, gather intelligence, and uncover valuable information. Collected footage can be distributed through an underground anonymous marketplace where unseen clients compete for increasingly rare and profitable recordings. As your operation expands, new districts, advanced surveillance technologies, upgraded monitoring systems, and powerful network access become available. Each district introduces unique layouts, opportunities, and strategic challenges. Focused on immersion, tension, progression, and atmosphere, Blackmail Protocol combines anime-inspired visuals with cyberpunk environments to deliver a slow-burn surveillance experience built around secrecy, observation, and control.
