v0.1.0
Initial Release
0.1.7.0 Love the game, cant wait for the next update. the pixel art is great, the animations are fun. I cant wait to see what other ideas, the creator comes up with. The only thing needing improvement are game mechanics. you often are thrown into a situation where you dont know what to do.. its ok to figure out because there are no "game over" states (yet) but information would be nice to have access too.
I like the game, it's pretty straightforward and simple, and it doesn't require a lot of grinding to get to the sex scenes. The aesthetics and art are also very well done, and it's not difficult to progress through the game. The downside: no close-ups, few clues to complete some missions, and some mini-games are tedious, even when you have the skill at its maximum (which is supposed to reduce the difficulty of these), as you hardly notice any difference. Also, the map is very large for the few places you can move around (I guess that will be expanded in the future, or so I hope). Honestly, I hope the game improves. I give it 4 stars because it's not perfect, it has some cons, but I liked it enough to recommend it, and I hope it improves over time.
Solid game overall even though it is pretty new. Actual gameplay, not too annoying or too grindy. Developer has made good updates fixing the correct things and good focus on what is important. You'll either like the CG or not I suppose depending on preference. I think it is well done for the pixel art style. It is already very playable even without countless hours of gameplay. Rare 5/5 game.
I played v 0.1.5.0 Pretty good game with fun minigames. Art is well done. Story is minimal, but what writing there is is decent. It gets pretty repetitive pretty quickly, and the content is pretty limited. I was excited to explore more of the map, but it doesn't seem like any new areas will unlock... The game is well executed for what it is, but it's small, and I don't really see what room there is to grow. I'll definitely give it another play if more stuff to do is added.
Simple and funny but god made with great designs and a style like ntr legend or ntraholic even in the minigames, waiting for next updates, looks like will have various locations and side stories so it seems to gonna take a long time for the development depending of the autor so i hope that in the future the minigames can be a less grindy or in auto mode
Bodysmith Tales [v0.1.5.0] – Review Overview Bodysmith Tales is an indie adult RPG that blends clinic management, character interaction, and progression-based adult content through hypnosis, massages, and needle therapy . Rather than rushing into explicit material, the game focuses on gradual relationship development, transformation, and narrative tension over time, with NTR and cheating elements adding emotional weight and depth to character interactions. Gameplay — 7/10 Gameplay centers around managing your clinic, interacting with clients, and completing treatment-based minigames. The loop is simple but effective, and the grind isn’t too troublesome overall. Progression feels steady without becoming overly tedious. The mind control mechanics can be challenging; while they could be made a bit more forgiving for less skilled players, they still provide a meaningful challenge that rewards learning and improvement. Core Mechanics & Progression As you progress, the needling and hypnosis mechanics become significantly harder , but the increased difficulty feels intentional. The rewards scale well with the challenge, making the added complexity feel worthwhile rather than frustrating. Unlocking new options, scenes, and behaviors feels earned, and the corruption systems encourage continued engagement. That said, some systems are not fully developed yet —for example, potions don’t currently have much noticeable effect , making them feel underutilized in the current version. Visuals & Character Design — 10/10 The visuals are outstanding. The women are attractive, well-designed, and expressive, with character art that clearly reflects emotional and behavioral changes as progression advances. The corruption style and visual progression are rewarding in their own way and help reinforce the sense of transformation. Adult (H) Content, NTR & Narrative Progression — 6/10 The H content is well made and benefits greatly from progression. Characters begin shy and reserved, then gradually become more confident and loose with the player, which makes interactions feel earned rather than static. The NTR/cheating elements and accompanying conversations significantly elevate the experience , adding tension and emotional context. While the narrative side is strong, the mechanical side of H gameplay still feels limited, keeping this aspect from reaching its full potential. Interface & Quality of Life The interface is functional and generally easy to work with, and while there’s room for improvement, it doesn’t significantly disrupt the overall flow of the game. One notable issue is the park camera system —currently, you must buy an item to disable the camera, and it has to be reused every time. Making this a permanent unlock or toggle would reduce unnecessary repetition and improve quality of life. Strengths Rewarding corruption and progression systems Attractive, expressive character visuals Strong slow-burn relationship and narrative development NTR/cheating conversations that add depth and tension Difficulty that scales well with rewards Weaknesses Some systems not fully implemented yet (e.g., potions lacking impact) Certain mechanics may be challenging for less skilled players Minor quality-of-life friction (camera system, pacing) Overall Impression Bodysmith Tales succeeds where many adult RPGs fall short by making progression feel meaningful. The combination of excellent visuals , rewarding corruption systems, and strong narrative elements—especially the NTR and cheating conversations—gives the game a clear identity. While parts of the gameplay and H mechanics are still underdeveloped, the foundation is solid. With continued refinement and system completion, the game has strong potential to become something special.
4/5 Dunno i was thinking about rating it as 3 but i guess that would be a bit too harsh. Game is decent, graphics are ok, could be a bit better for nowdays standards. I liked minigames and their hard version, i liked alchemy a lot. I didnt like grinding so much money doing those minigames over and over, prices should be like 20% lower minimum (or higher money rewards). I also found out at the end of my playtesting giving magic potion to shopkeeper reduces prices by around 15% which sucks to find out after buying everything already. Brewing potions is fun but i cant imagine making more than 8 of each type and game expects you to do even more for weekly quests. All those minigames are fun untill you do them too much, and this game seems like it wants you to do them constantly over and over which is terrible idea in long run. Besides that H scenes are ok but not amazing, secretary art screen after massage was probably most hot thing this game has to offer for now. Music and whole rest was good for this type of game, UI is rather bad (hard to figure out what game wants from you). Maybe in future updates they will ramp up this game, but for now its somewhere between mid and good.
Really good start, I look forward to future updates. The art style, animations and SFX are good. I just really wish that there was more to do for now since unfortunately we're locked at a maximum of 50 for each stats. Still, the game could use some polish here and there, particularly on the UX and player support side. For example: - Highlighting and giving feedback when ingredients are missing - Some slight balancing of the mini-games, particularly at the start but you can get upgrades really fast. - Identifying which elements on the map that can be interacted with - Some support to help with potions, particularly to know on whom they can be used on. (Since I thought I could increase my stats with the secretary, I thought I needed to force feed her potions to progress, but then it didn't work, Sleep potion being used exclusively on the husband, etc.) Still,
great pixel art voiced minigames: match mouse click sequences, click when pointer reaches a certain area (qte), touching game trying not to max out annoyance could be a little bit repetitive on the minigames before you get the good stuff
Don't have too much to say in-depth so hopefully this is enough for the character count: Great art. Concept is nice, characters are hot, game is still early in development so waiting for more eagerly. The blowjob pose in particular is fantastic, hope for more like it coming up. Also am absolutely salivating waiting for content with the secretary.
Strong for an initial release. Not a ton of content yet and I'm not a fan of the solid-blue protagonist, but I enjoyed what's there and it looks promising. It is perhaps a tad grindy, but not miserably so.
The game is in revision 0.1.01 at the time of writing this review. Overall: 5/5 Art: 4/5 Decent. Gameplay: 6/5 I love the gameplay loop. Every mechanic looks very polished around the edges. The minigames are mediocre and the item progression is just fast enough to get things going. Sound: 4/5 Just fine Story/Writing: 5/5 Not much is explained right now but that is to be expected as the game is in early stage. A bit of text here and there, nothing fancy. Final thoughts: There is not much in the game right now. 3-4 different types of customers and one special NPC. There is a bit of discovering things by trial and error which is kinda fun but you always feel like you missed something. For example Spoiler: Gameplay spoiler If you give the shopkeeper a certain potion, he will give you discount for the day. Who gives shopkeepers potions? Who would think to try that? I was half-joking when I tried to give him potions.
This is one of the coolest games in recent years! For the first version, it's just great! This is one of my most intimate fetishes - to bring a girl to orgasm with a massage. I really really really want to see the continuation and development of this story! my rating is 10 out of 5!!!
damn 1st built is awesome want to see more old milfs, milfs &teens in future add additional options and in mini games instead of mouse L&R use arrows L&R this game have more potential want to see more of it love this game
Good work. Can't wait for the next update. I hope more max affection/lust, more mini gameplay, and more bansou gattai scene. Oh, by the way... Can you add some scene? Like >> where the heroine clothes became wet after the "massage", her husband asking with confusion: "Are you ok? Why you so wet?" and the heroine say: " Oh, i'm okay honey. it just a oil from special massage. <3 " (her face getting red). Mweheheheheheheheh~
Very promising, i would recommend a way to know what the client wants before actually commiting to it. Maybe a way to upgrade the clinic, for example, buying furniture for the lobby to attract more clients, paying someone to build extra rooms, hiring someone to massage automatically, etc.
Very good for an alpha. Would suggest more clarity for what items do and when to use them. The art is amazing, I'm a huge fan of the pixel-style art. Can't wait to see what else is in store in the future.
