That's fully within their rights to do so, as no one is entitled to a free game, but can't really speak to the game's full content otherwise. =========================== Date/version of review: Feb 27, 2025 / v1.0 While I want to encourage any burgeoning game developer, especially those delving into the erotic game genre, I have to admit this is a bit undercooked. The art style is unique and speaks to what could be standout visuals amongst all of the real porn or homogenous AI CG out there. That is to be commended. Unfortunately there's simply not enough of that art to fully grasp the artist's range, nor is what is presented polished enough to speculate as to what a final product would look like. For a visual novel, there's nothing innovative insofar as user experience, but that's somewhat expected of a visual novel: a player clicks through a story without much agency at all. Consequently, the story needs to be quite strong to keep the player engaged. There's a decent beginning here of what could be a great visual novel, but at the moment the story also is unpolished. There isn't a completed character and story path to set the tone and benchmark for what the player can expect of other paths. I suppose that would be the proverbial "game loop" that's necessary for players to buy into a demo or proof of concept. I'm not saying don't play this game, but I do think it's far too early in the dev cycle to properly judge this game as there isn't enough of a game present as of yet. I sincerely hope the dev will deliver on what they've hinted at so far, because if so this could be quite the fun experience. P.S. I advise changing the version number, as "v1.0" commonly means launch version, not initial version or demo. It's industry standard for a very early in-dev game like Brothel Virgin to be v0.1 or even v0.01.
