Chemical Regression is an adult visual novel made by Etanolo with Ren'Py, using 3DCG animated images and video. You play a female protagonist who begins as an old woman needing money and later returns to her prime. The story explores corruption, humiliation, and exhibitionism through scenes that can include player choices.
Development is ongoing, and the current build is version v1.5, released on August 16, 2026 for Windows, Linux, and Mac in English with no censorship. The latest update adds over 250 new images and seven new videos, introduces the niece in the Boris/Julan route, includes a long MC and Charlotte swapping scene, offers an optional humiliation scene, and continues the Zerg inmates storyline.
