About Critical Fail
Critical Fail is a short Ren'Py adult game by Draxoby, built around a chaotic D&D comedy night. Players take the role of a College of Valor bard, joining friend Lucy to seek a grand treasure that grants an ultimate fantasy. The presentation uses animated 3D CG art, and the tone leans into fantasy, humor, and monster girl encounters.
The finished build is v1.0, released on June 1, 2026. It runs on Windows, offers English and Spanish, and is uncensored. The creator describes the project as a one-month effort, so it is brief and sweet rather than a long literary work. The overall focus is a fun ride with heart and effort for players. It is not intended as a massive story.
Developer's description
"This game is based on a classic, chaotic D&D comedy night. You play as a College of Valor bard, teaming up with your friend Lucy to find a grand treasure that will grant your ultimate fantasy. Since I developed this in just one month, it’s a short and sweet experience. Don't go in expecting a massive literary masterpiece, but a lot of heart and effort went into making it a fun ride!"
