Cross Realms is a story-focused adult visual novel made with Ren'Py by DuskDuck, using 3D CG and animated scenes. You play a male college student who, on the first day of classes, is pulled through a vortex with friends and wakes in a non-Earth Qi cultivation world. The setting has nine Realms ruled by races such as humans, demons, deities, and spiritual beasts, each tied to a spring drawing power from the Void. Peace is fragile, and a hidden plan may be behind your arrival. The game blends fantasy, dating sim, and harem themes.
The current build is v0.4.1, released March 1, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, without censorship. The latest update fixes the Vanny route being enabled by default and Android font size problems, warns against older saves, and adds a main-menu Music Room where you can play Cross Realms tracks. Earlier work expanded word and image counts, added videos and music, and improved menus and galleries.

On the first day of your college life, you and a group of friends are sucked into a vortex. When you wake up, you realize you're in a foreign place - this is not Earth. As you explore this new world, you discover it's a Qi cultivation realm, where power determines everything.

There are nine Realms, each controlled by a dominant race: Humans, Demons, Deities, Spiritual Beasts, and more. Each Realm has a
"spring" -
a flow of Qi energy harvested from the Void, the space between Realms. Because of these springs, peace between the Realms is fragile and rarely lasts long. You arrive during the longest period of peace ever known, but how long will this so-called 'peace' really last?
As your journey continues, you uncover more secrets about these Realms. Someone in the shadows has been plotting and orchestrating your arrival. Will you be able to stand up for yourself in a world where many see you as nothing more than a useless ant?
