About Deep Freeze Protocol
Deep Freeze Protocol is a sandbox adventure set in a frozen post-apocalyptic world, created by rocoloco in Ren'Py. It uses a 3DCG animated presentation. You play as a survivor exploring a harsh wasteland while building a relationship with Rika at your own pace. Instead of a fixed story path, the game lets you choose how to approach survival, character development, and romance, then discover the setting’s mysteries through your decisions. You can experiment with different approaches to survival and affection, and shape a unique experience rather than following a linear route.
The current build is Demo v1.0.0, released on August 8, 2025 for Windows, Mac, and Linux. It is presented in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog only notes the demo’s initial release, so this version introduces the sandbox, dystopian setting, and romance groundwork.
