Demon Seed is a largely linear visual novel by Buff Game, made with Ren'Py. You play a young man whose ordinary life begins to feel less normal after increasingly strange events surround him. The story follows his attempts to discover what is happening and why, while the world grows darker than it first appears. Its presentation uses animated 3DCG scenes and centers on a male protagonist.
The current build is v0.6.2, released October 1, 2026, and development remains ongoing. The game runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android in English, without censorship. The latest changelog entry, v0.6, adds 9,460 words, 1,914 renders, and 14 animations, including different camera angles. An earlier v0.5 update added voice acting for intimate scenes throughout.
