Dissonance is an ongoing visual novel by L_Elyot, built in Ren'Py with 3DCG visuals. It follows Toru Hirai as he works to resume his life after a coma, meeting and building relationships with several characters while exploring Ametohi. The structure gives you freedom to choose where to go and when to return, with a school setting, a harem cast, and sandbox-style pacing. You can spend time with different characters and revisit locations as the story gives you plenty of time.
Development is still in progress, with v0.14 released on March 7, 2025. It is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac in English and is uncensored. The update adds five events in the main storyline, two with Chiyo, one with Eri, and three with Niwa.
