About Dripping Microphones

Dripping Microphones is a short Ren'Py test project by PalpatineStudio. It uses LTX-2.3 AI-generated animated clips to preview a possible music studio concept with anime singers. Instead of a conventional story, the player arranges the singers in any order and watches the resulting video clip. The audio stays the same, while only the singers change. There are no sex scenes. The project is a sample rather than a complete game.

The current build is finished, released on June 3, 2026 as the final test release. It runs on Windows and Linux, with English and Russian language support, and is uncensored. The latest changelog labels it as a final test build, so the sample checks how the Ren'Py engine can combine video clips.

Developer's description

There are no sex scenes in the game. This "game" is a test sample. The capabilities of the LTX-2.3 AI were tested for creating a music video, for a future game about a music studio with anime characters. As well as the capabilities of the Renpy game engine for combining video clips. You just need to arrange the singers in any order and start watching the video clip. The singers will sing in the order you specified. The music and voices are the same. Only the singers change.
