About Squatter's Right
Squatter’s Right is a free-to-play sex simulator made by Weird Studio in Unity. You manage your landlady Mara, a rich and confident woman who enjoys being watched and breaking social rules. The game uses an animated style and centers on dressing her, selecting toys, and broadcasting her public antics for quick money. It is lighthearted and built around exhibitionism, character creation, and playful streaming. Mara is the current star, while more characters are planned for later updates.
The current version is v0.2, released on September 21, 2025, with development ongoing. It runs on Windows, with Android and Mac builds coming soon. The game is in English and uncensored. This update added three cosplay sets—Ice Queen, Red Bunny, and Goth Witch—plus a day/night toggle for streaming after dark. It also fixed save file and startup crash problems, added more resolution options, and included a reset save button.

Squatter’s Right is a silly little sex sim I’m making in Unity — and it’s 100% free to play, always. The concept is simple: you get to show off your landlady Mara on stream. Dress her up, pick her toys, and let her broadcast her naughty adventures for quick cash. She’s rich, confident, and doesn’t care about society’s rules — she just loves being seen, trying wild things in public, and entertaining whoever’s watching. Right now, Mara’s the star of the show, but more girls will join later. This is just the start. It’s lighthearted, exhibitionist, and a little taboo (lol). If you enjoy streaming vibes, playful sex sims, and character customization, you’ll feel right at home.
