About Dusk City
Dusk City is an adult 2D Unity adventure from Suteneko Lab. It plays as a side-scroller set in a world where a once-thriving civilization has fallen into the sea and daylight never returns. You take the role of a newcomer who arrives on an island and explores its town and ruins, uncovering pieces of the setting’s mysteries. The game was previously called DECOY The Witch of the Blue.
The Steam version arrived in July 2024, and the current ongoing build is the Dusk City - Beacon of Tranquility Steam DLC, dated June 19, 2026. It runs on Windows and supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Japanese, with the Japanese version censored. In this release, the town mayor asks you to help build a new commercial facility, after which you interact with residents while completing it. The DLC adds new ruins and mini-games: you and Kunoichi search for buried treasure after finding a library book, enter a mansion-like ruin, and can fish for aquarium donations, join a race tournament, play soccer at the gym, or try other activities.
