Dysthanasia is a 3D animated horror puzzle game made by Madowaku Kobo in Unreal Engine. You play a female protagonist who wakes in a cold, unfamiliar building filled with grotesque creatures. The game uses environmental horror, wits, and found items to survive.

The current ongoing build is v1.0.6.5, released on December 11, 2025. It is available on Windows and supports Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. The content is uncensored.

Developer's description

You awaken in a cold unfamiliar building crawling with grotesque creatures. Stave off terror using your wits and anything you can find, then try to make it out alive in this highly atmospheric environmental horror game.
