In a way this was extremely disappointing, terrible plot aside, their dicks might as well have never existed! Never even touched. Not by themselves or the MC. Even though some characters felt more dominant, during the scenes they were ONLY receiving, and then finished hands-free. At the end of one route, one character gives you a choice to have a scene with a magic dick or not, but either way, the dick is not touched! Why was this even a choice? Each character has only 1 blowjob scene and then a few anal scenes (receiving). Very repetitive.

This is a short and straightforward visual novel with appealing characters, clean UI design, and surprisingly solid presentation. The voice work and overall polish help it stand out, and the game doesn’t overstay its welcome. You can experience everything in one playthrough without unnecessary repetition, which is refreshing. The biggest strength is its niche focus. It clearly knows its audience and delivers consistent content in that direction. The art style, while AI-assisted, is handled well enough that most scenes look cohesive, and navigation feels smooth and intuitive. However, the weak point is the gameplay layer. The minigames feel unnecessary and underdeveloped, often breaking immersion instead of enhancing it. They don’t add meaningful depth and would arguably improve the pacing if removed entirely. The game is also very short, with limited branching or replay value. Overall, it’s a competent, focused experience that succeeds in presentation but lacks depth and meaningful interaction. Enjoyable for what it is, but not particularly ambitious.

The kind of lighthearted game that AI-art was made for. The art is hot and does what it needs to do. Adequate story for a porn game (cheesy and silly, but the characters exist) Voice acting was ok (I put it on russian VA because I can't stand the silly english voices VAs always do in porn games for some reason). Gameplay was pretty awful (the game takes place over a fixed time, so you miss out on scenes/story if you pick incorrect dialogue options. BUT there's no save system aside from autosave, so picking incorrect options once or twice can literally ruin your entire playthrough, baffling choice by the devs) Good for one or two 'sessions' but I have no intention of going back and completing the story. The kind of game that makes me glad f95zone exists. At the low-low price of free, it's worth four stars. If I'd paid $10, I'd give it perhaps 1.5 stars.

I tried to like this game The devs certainly lied about AI being very sparse in the game. Sure the 2D models might be hand drawn. Sadly everything else is AI generated/assisted. This including backgrounds, animations, and the swaying/animations the characters do when talking. Most Visual Novel games put their best stuff at the front of the game to keep the players hooked for a reason.

This game taught me, several friends and my little sister a very important life lesson about the visibility of pirated games on discord. 6/10. The graphics are fine, exactly what you'd expect with AI and from the screenshots. Story's fine, characters are mostly good. It has voice acting which isn't bad, though I've no idea if it's AI voices or what. There's some very bland minigames and the sex scenes are serviceable With the lack of femboy content out there it's worth a shot if that's your poison, probably fappable to many, but whatever you're looking for here it's not going to blow your mind unfortunately.

the first AI slop I played, graphics are even ok but dialogues and plots are horribles. they don't even make sense half the time. the game also gives you a sense of urgency at the beginning but it's all vane since you can keep trying day after day to complete all the routes.

You cant save the game, it only autosaves in the beginning of each day.... which means a lot of time will be wasted skipping through already seen content in order to see what happens if you want to try other choices you didnt pick the previous playthrough. which wouldnt be a problem if it was renpy, since renpy skips quickly and has auto skip... but this game doesnt do that.... not worth wasting my time on... oh and i forgot to mention that this game doesnt have a dialogue history, if you accidentally press past important dialogue then you're stuck replaying from the autosave... This game just reeks of low effort, i dont mind AI generated stuff if other things are done right, but clearly almost nothing was done right in this.

this game looks fancy sure and i dont have any problem with the genres i actually love em and the femboys it is pretty much my favorite but theres too much grinding and you can miss alot of story plus very time consuming also at some points you have to brew some potion and stuff and u got no description for it just a poem and some kind of confusing actions and stuff well i didnt play the game till the end due it failed to captivate me so i got bored and uninstalled even though it looked good

v 1.0 The game is very subpar, and (bare with me) AI Slop'esk. Not the Art(even though it's generally AI made, with an artist touch up), but everything else feels AI, and unnatural. I feel like 80% of the game was made by AI, the UI, half of the text. It's just all very underwhelming. It's as if they had higher ambitions, and dropped a lot of the game, but based on this dev's other games, and their release dates, I'd presume that AI is writing the code for the UI's, and then fixing up a lot details and errors. At least that's what feels like. But the team size + release windows of previous release and this release, definitely indicates it's just shovel-ware AI-Slop with touch ups. On top of that, unfortunately the game feels like a 20% made mobile game. There is an attempt to make it appear like it's open exploration and you can choose your own path, but it's not in the slightest. It is a very railroaded experiences. The game also goes down the path of every bangable person is extremely perverse. So there is no fun, or buildup, for basically all the characters, with the exception of Ms. Jekyll, having a degree of build up. Even for her the context, and read for her, is dull and boring. Unless you just want to see the art, then go for it, and download it. Or just search up the Gallery Rip on dozens of sites online. The rest of the game is just not worth the play through. There are many other games that are far more enjoyable. The worst part, is that the only Futa is lame AF. The rest have the awkward, extremely perverse, doesn't see any other way of living then to experience pleasure, Femboy. Which is just dull, and is the aspect of basically every Femboy game in existence. I don't care for Femboy's in the slightest, but this review isn't based on that. It's more of a reiteration that this game is nothing new, doesn't step into new territory what-so-ever, and is very dull and methodical. It does a poor job at building up the world, you basically don't care about anything of the town or school. You see almost nothing of the school. There are very few environments. The list goes on, and on. IMO: Save your time, just look up the gallery, and play something else. There isn't any game here. Just a badly made visual novel, that doesn't make you care for anything else but to see the Art, which again goes back to what I've already said, just check out a Gallery for this "game", and call it a day.

Great character design. Although it was AI, they claimed AI was used to speed the process of drawing. I don't mind, they look awesome! The mini games definitely took too long, and were required to be done every day if you wanted to unlock all content. speaking of unlocking all content, pretty lame system, you have to do an entire run from the beginning, no saving, so you can really only waste a couple of days. You also have to individually unlock all endings, so ex. morgan+lucy, then do a whole run to get the morgan+lucy+bella, then do a whole run all four, but then you have to do a whole run to unlock JUST morgan JUST Bella JUST- you get it, i mean the picture/ending is the same just minus the other people, but for completion fun, its too tedious. Also it is a little buggy, some lines arent translated, sometimes they just call you Ben. My first run I just had to gleam that I was an enhancer, because the scene just didn't play the first time! Other than that, the characters and VA are hot! Worth a couple playthroughs!

Note: this was reviewed on v1.00 Overall, it's a pretty damn good game, although mostly because I'm bias; my largest fetish is definitely submissive futa/dickgirls/transgirls/etc. although this is usually an extremely rare thing to find, as most people seem to assume that once a girl gets a cock they become a dommy mommy. Femboys are great too, although that's a recent interest, mostly due to stuff like Hazelnutte Latte and Femboy Burger corrupting me and sending me down a bussy-shaped rabbit hole. So anyway, so why not 5 stars? Because the game falls a bit short in some areas and lacks polish. First of all, each character generally has 5 scenes... but the first two scenes aren't animated, and there's a lot of cop out where they act there will be an animated scene for side plots, but then it's just a still image. Voice acting mostly really good, especially from the VA's for the femboys... but it gets weird in places. For instance, Jekyll was my favorite girl in the game, but her transformed voice sounded really awkward, honestly to the point of almost being cringe. There's also a few spots where the voices don't really match the text, although this is a pretty normal with any media, so it gets a pass... but the voices also don't go away on their own. Unless you've started a new voice line any old voice will continue playing even though you've advanced the text to a new character and dialog. Speaking of which, you cannot skip through dialog and there are no text speed Settings like in other novel-based games, so be prepared to hurt your wrist for wrong reason. There were also a few glitches where character names wouldn't change, which made the story somewhat hard to follow. There were also a couple times in the story on later Sundays where specifically a voice from previous Sundays would repeat and tell you the wrong amount of money you have to earn, although I'm confident this will all get patched... probably? Assuming this wasn't a quick cash grab, which given the quality, I doubt. The other biggest complaint I have, is that the game is fairly short, maybe a few hours or so, which is fine, but it ends abruptly after an in-game month (since when is College only a month long?), which wasn't enough for me to unlock every scene, as I spent a little too much time grinding jobs for money that I didn't even end up needing. Although, maybe they'll allow for post-game days later. The mini-games for those above jobs were interesting, although I wish they didn't rely solely on keyboard arrow keys. On the other hand, the story-based puzzles, while interesting... were very poorly designed, and often required a huge amount of guesswork. There were some hints to the answers to these puzzles, but they were just awful, probably due to localization errors, but I still found them to be a huge clumsy chore. The bad aside, the art is surprisingly good. I'm not sure if it's AI generated or not (there are some tell tale signs), but it does look damned sexy. Probably due to the small scope of the game, it has a well thought out story and mechanics, and while a lot of it's joke didn't land for me, I did appreciate their attempts at humor. The UI and general vibe of the game definitely takes inspirations from the Persona series, although in the most simplest of ways, though it is appreciated. The development of some of the characters actually did catch me off guard (in a good way), and while Jekyll was the girl I lusted for most, two of the other characters hands down had extremely interesting stories. For example, I know a lot of people found Bella off-putting due to her bitchiness, but her attitude does get a good explanation and she eventually won me over. Whereas, on the opposite side of things, Lucy started out really fun and sexy, but their constant super-charged libido that had them fuck everything that moved put off fast. Then you have Morgan, who is just straight up boywife material, 'nuff said. If they update the game and fix most of my minor complaints (being able to hide the text during the lewd scenes alone would be a big deal), I would easily bump this up to 4.5 stars. If the DLC they keep joking about happens and ends up being good, maybe 5 stars. They just keep giving us more male hungry submissive futa sluts and I'm sold.

Pretty annoying game, nice characters but the animations aren't enjoyable. Some scenes are impossible to understand. Some QOF could be improve such as faster scrolling in area event selection, adding some explanation to mini game would be nice to.

This is a game I thoroughly enjoyed. Artwork was great, didnt feel like AI at all even though it is primarily AI. I did notice some of the lines in game did not match the voiceover at all but it wasn't a major bother. It allows you to bypass the boring 'reading' if youre only here for the plot which is great and allows for people of diverse tastes to be..engaged for what theyre here for. The locker minigame for saving Morgan was a little tough but otherwise, the minigames are easy enough to save.

I wish I could rate this higher as the art is great and the scenes are nice. It even has decent voice acting. However it was obviously translated (poorly) from a non-English language (Russian?) and given how many of the puzzles rely on textual clues, it's sometimes trial and error to advance. The characters say completely nonsensical sentences - I feel sorry for the voice actors I feel sorry for the generative AI voice model having to deliver some of the garbled nonsense. 5/5 for the art and character designs 1/5 for the translation

Femboy Futa House 1.0 is a time management game mixed with a dating sim, made by Tophouse with a very specific genre in mind. The first thing you should be aware of is that this game was made in unity and suffers from a significant number of bugs. I encountered missing english dialogue, incorrect audio, gallery issues, visual glitches, and many minor problems with the minigames. The game is still in a rough state and probably shouldn’t have been released yet. Testing some of the developer’s other products, this seems to be their usual behavior. The story follows a protagonist entering a low-class university filled with monster characters, living a chaotic dormitory life alongside a colorful bunch of roommates with starkly different personalities and backgrounds. The gameplay revolves around managing time units and going on dates. You need to attend classes in order to pass tests and choose the right dialogue options to advance relationships. The game isn’t very forgiving of mistakes, so reloading is advised. The ai art has an interesting blend of Western and Eastern styles, featuring both static and animated scenes. Tophouse clearly spent time polishing the intimate moments, removing the typical ai generated feel, and drew inspiration from the Persona games. The result is a gorgeous art style that disguises its ai origins quite well. Unfortunately, despite the art, the game offers a limited number of scenes per character and even fewer for dialogue expressions. Considering how simplistic the gameplay is, one would expect much more of this content. The characters are the game’s strongest aspect, mostly due to how different they are and how they interact with each other,using their unique personalities to bash one another throughout the story. There’s also some decent character development, alongside the ever-present comedic beats of this chaotic story, especially with Bella. Femboy Futa isn’t a bad game, just a disappointing one. Its rough edges frequently break immersion, but the biggest downside is the mediocre amount of content paired with a great cast, leaving you wanting more, which will probably never arrive.

I love it. Pros: The guys are cute, have personality and their own problem to solve (almost everyone). It is fast and direct, sex scenes are short but well made without the boring dialogues that several games love to make where you have to skip the pointless talk. Cons: The only downside is some scenes are only unlocked if you choose the right answer, sometimes is easy to get right but other times is confusing choose right, a lot of times I had to reload the game. The game deserve 4.5/5 but since I can only vote 4 or 5 I choose 5. --- My personal opinion: I understand the world does no revolve around me so these thing don't impact the review: I would like to see more choices to mold the game like the player taste: MC choke Lucy during sex, some sph about Morgan' small dick, suck Bella huge cock, eat the pizza which Penny cum on top, etc. Give players more choices, of course according to the game own rules. (And Morgan is the best boy, we need more love dovey scenes of him and MC in the coming DLCs)

Good art, characters, and voice acting. Poor mini games, some bugs including broken gallery, and not having save points is very annoying in a game where it's easy to miss out on the 100% ending, and then you have to start all over again.

Despite the appealing (if AI-generated) art and respectable voice acting, there's little else positive to say about this game. Basic functionality is missing from the VN experience. This is a Ren'py game without access to a save/load button, no skip button, no ability to rewind text, and spacebar isn't even keybound to advance the text. I'd recommend using the gallery unlocker to skip the bullshit and see the porn, but honestly the sex scenes aren't even that good. They basically constitute the bare minimum of what you'd expect, possibly not even that. The entire game is a baffling mix of both competence and incompetence. I'm glad I played for free through f95, because if I'd paid the asking price on Steam I'd be fuming.
