Fist Soul Chronicles: Path of the Bancho!

This game is a love letter for wrestling fans. It's still got a ways to go for development but as it currently stands, it's pretty solid. I encountered a few bugs that others have already addressed but I still heavily enjoyed the few hours that I played. Despite all that, I do have a few complaints - some of the grind can be pointless and very time-consuming as others have already mentioned but I did enjoy answering the trivia questions (I say this as a huge pro-wrestling fan myself) but I imagine that the experience would not be as fun for someone that does not indulge in that kind of entertainment. I was also not expecting there to be gay content, but hey, there's something for everyone. I am also not a fan of having to repeatedly switch between the male protagonist and female persona just to be able to talk to specific NPCs. It can get annoying to talk to an NPC, realize that you have to switch to the other character, then waste some time trying to find a phone booth just to make that switch happen (this sort of thing happens often especially in areas where there is no phone booth). I think a way to mediate this is to be able to switch on the fly rather than finding a phone booth; I understand for story purposes, the phone booth would make sense, but from a gameplay standpoint - it can get annoying. Anyways, solid game overall. Hope that there are QoL updates as the game develops. Really curious to see where the story goes.

The details are good, but there's way too much pointless grind, and there needs to be some updates to tags, like gay, rape, etc. Some of the scenes are just disturbing and can't be skipped. And there's actually not that much content - there's a lot of details around random NPCs that don't do shit, and some ambience renders, but I would rather the dev spends more time on the story and actual content

I have to say I was really suprised by this game. the art is good, the models are awesome and the animations are gettin better update after update. the game loop is fun enough . The world created around the character is very convincing and works smooth with the entire quest system. For me, is already a 5 star game! Can't wait for the future

Game's got MAD potential. Its very well made for 1st Chapter. Very Well written for now. Great Character Designs too. (waiting for others design) (Sex Scenes - Just played halfway, will update when i get there, the first scene was bomb) MC is kinda annoying but i fw him. School and wrestling combo is what i have been seeking for a long time and its finally here so i am keeping close eyes on this project. Good Luck, Dev

In my opinion, for a game in its early stages, it has a lot of potential. So far, I've enjoyed playing it. - The characters look nice - The storyline is good - The map is well designed - There are a few bugs, but they're forgivable

Love muscle girls and their delicous abs. I think the potential for this game is super high. I think the 4 star reviews is a bit too low considering it is just a demo. i would give it 4.5/5 if i could, but 5 stars for how amazing the first release of the game is. Lets give the dev some love!

The game 7GB device but it offers very little content. Most of the playtime is taken up by boring minigames, which are forced to be played to progress. In short, the game falls into a repetitive cycle. Additionally, the only real NSFW content is the intro and one trans scene. After all the tasks you've worked hard on, there are just simple scenes at the end. If it weren't for the gender-bending content and good character models , I wouldn't even give it 2 stars.

This game has potential. I like the character writing so far and the art is appealing. . It's still very early though, so there's large holes in the content I'm hoping will fill in, and there's a lot of bugs, ranging from innocuous to annoying to crashing/softlocking the game. Things like cutscense you've already completed retriggering, or if you do the minigame were you time a z press to fill a bar, filling the bar all the way without pressing z crashes the game. The time passing in the overworld could also use a overhaul because the way it works now doesn't add much of anything. I'd very much appreciate if stuff like that got ironed out, because I like what the dev is going for.

... looks promising, but it is extremely irritating that the demo released lack close to any actual content.... There is one sex scene in prolog and one mini molesting scene and that is it. So after you watched prolog and checked how this plays just stop playing and wait for update....

Review for Demo v0.1 I can really get into a solid RPGM game, and I love when games have some personality to them. This is both those things. While a clear work in progress, the game is a mashup of an over-the-top wrestling theme combined with a gang-ran academy full of delinquents. Our protagonist, son of a legendary wrestler, wants to become the top dog (the Bancho) of the academy through the power of his fists. The game actually starts off with a very dark prologue. You get an opening scene of a happy wrestling family that immediately makes you think something fucked up is about to happen. While your dad takes you out to the park, a crazed villain shows up and challenges your mom to a fight. He beats her, sexually assaults her, and kills her. Then your kid sister gets abducted. Time skip, your dad becomes a grief ridden alcoholic and you're a delinquent who can't seem to prove yourself. Suddenly a letter shows up telling you about this academy and that your sister is alive, the game doesn't go into detail about it. Right before you leave for it, you find a mask that transforms you into your dead mother when you wear it. The game itself is essentially a big sandbox. I didn't go too deep, but it seems a lot of it is going around talking to people, fighting people, looking for events, raising stats, etc. Lots of things it straight up tells you aren't ready yet though. The combat actually is pretty fun, as it plays into that over the top style I mentioned and has a lot of crazy effects that make it enjoyable. Despite being AI translated, it actually reads pretty well too. Again a lot of goofy, crude, and over the top characters but as a whole it all feels very charismatic. It's fun, I think the dev nailed the vibe pretty well. I like the wrestling gang leader a lot, and the protagonist has that good-natured delinquent charm to him. I could leave the dark stuff personally, but I digress. I imagine this is probably going to have a pretty wide variety of fetishes/get pretty depraved given that first scene and the fact you switch between a guy and girl. Plus the dev is asking for scenes people would like to see as well. One of the futures scenes seems to be taking the form of your mom to have sex with your dad, which I'm not sure I've seen before lol. My one real complaint is that I'm not a huge fan of the current day/night cycle being constantly progressing. It just teleports you home when it turns night. Pretty solid for a demo though if you don't mind some of the content. Still has a ton of room for development.
