I think by the time this game is completed, it could be considered one of the best trans AVN games ever.

Written for v0.4. Great for its genre, really, but there are some things that really irk me. Let's start with the negatives before going into the positives. The negatives: Pacing is kinda poor, but fine. Narrative is terrible, dialogue is not great either. Why: The first part of the game is riddled with spelling errors and inconsistent formatting and plot. It gets better, but around the same time it gets better, some of the narrative is clearly made with AI. As more of the narrative is replaced with AI, the more the internal logic fails. You are told things that clearly aren't happening in the scene, and POVs seems to shift mid-dialogue. I don't mind AI being used to improve your own writing, especially when it comes to structuring and spelling. What I don't like is replacing your own writing. The story clearly suffers for it, which is why I'm giving it 3 stars. For the positives: The premise is damn good! The sex scenes are great as well. Why: You play as a male in a world with futas, and you're not constantly berated, abused, oppressed, or dominated! If anything, the MC is a switch with a slight preference for domination, though you can choose some submissive paths as well. This is a rare treat in the male+futa genre, where you get to be an actual masculine man. The characters you interact with are beautiful, and the sex scenes with them (again, poorly paced) look great themselves. Animations are good, and there's even some player input. Summed up: Pacing, narrative, dialogue bad; Premise and animations good. My constructive advice is to keep the pacing as-is, focus on improving the writing with minimal use of AI, and keep making great scenes.

Pretty good, as other users have said, Futa x male content is lacking on here and this has very hot futas and a good and interesting variety of them. Just wish there was a little less text and description but it's not the most egregious I've seen on here and it's started to pickup the pace now - so far so good.

I like futa-themed games with male protagonists. However, I usually don't play futa-themed games because the male protagonist is often submissive. Finding a futa-themed game with a dominant male protagonist, according to my preference, is very difficult. The fact that being dominant or submissive was optional in the game was great. The girls in the game, especially the MILFs, are very beautiful. Usually, most game developers don't want to put in too much effort and make the women in the game look similar to each other in terms of body types and faces. The uniqueness of the women in this game and Megan's appeal were quite interesting. Working in futa healthcare, rescuing sick futa MILFs, and unlimited futa women – I think the game is fantastic. I thank the game developer and wish them success.

Honestly, I've played maybe an hour so take it with a grain of salt. Written as of 0.4. This game is just not that fun. I don't like the way the interactions have been written. From the beginning we learn nothing about any of the characters before we are greeted with many opportunities to just do random sexual content with little attention paid as to why and with whom it is happening. Our introduction to this world starts with a random waiting room, a sexy futa doctor and a random waiting room girl. At no point in the first hour of the gameplay was I introduced to any information that would make me emotionally or at least personally invested in what is happening on the screen. The way this game is written is more fitting for an adult novel than a game, with somewhat descriptive prose in the dialogue box, which did not actually engage me that much. There is some choices, but I have no information as to whyI would choose any option, it doesn't feel like they change the outcome in any manner. Overall if not for the decent visual content it would be a 1 star.

This game will probably appeal to you if you like the collections of images/videos that can be found on this site. To summarize my problems with Futa Healthcare, within 10 minutes of entering the game, you'll be able to have sex with a doctor, a stranger, your housemates, etc. You're not given time to get to know them or seduce them. You don't really get to know your own character or the world you're in. You don't get any emotional connection which, in my opinion, makes for very flat storytelling. The gameplay has similar issues. Although there are choices in this game, the choices are pretty much just: Speed up the animation, slow it down, or move on to the next animation. Despite not having the tag, I didn't really see anything to justify this game not being a kinetic novel. Overall, while this game has some spicy scenes, the lack of any immersion or complexity made it feel like I was just watching a compilation of videos that could've been put together in any order just as effectively, and lost my interest.

If the specific "futa" elements were replaced with conventional female anatomy, the core experience would remain unchanged, indicating a lack of specialized design. The game feels like a generic "straight" AVN where the protagonist's role and the character interactions follow overused tropes that do not acknowledge the specific dynamics expected by the audience of this sub-genre. In niche adult gaming, the "mechanical" focus should align with the advertised theme. This title lacks dedicated interactions, animations, or narrative beats that center on the unique anatomical traits of the characters. My final verdict Poor. This is a generic product that lacks the technical and creative depth required to satisfy its target demographic. It is effectively a "skin" over a standard straight AVN, offering no unique value to players seeking genuine futanari-focused gameplay. Honest to God, don't play this game if you like futanari content. This thing here was made purely for straight dudes that wants a quick fap without caring about the dephts of what he is consuming. Go play Star Periphery or Futadom world instead.

really intriguing! It has been so long since last I played a game with all my attention until I had to get to bed as it was too late. I just could't stopping playing, always wondering what was gonna happen next. And the content of the game is surprisingly big given the fact it was only version 0.4. keep at it dev, you're creating something really incredible.

Absolutely brilliant game. We need to appreciate the few quality futa games here, and this is one of them. Of course, there's hardly any real world logic in this game, but the futa kink wouldn't need any in the first place. It's perfect. Also, althought "nothing much" happens in terms of plot, it's still very entertaining and pleasant to read. And the renders are superb.

Very hot scenes and models. The story is kinda random and confusing but that doesn't really matter to me. All characters have some great scenes and I am looking forward to seeing more of them all. Gameplay is nice and easy to follow.

What can you say about the game? An unusual plot, excellent graphics, beautiful characters. A real opportunity to choose the behavior of the main character. This is the key to an excellent game. And the developer succeeded. Against the general background, it’s simply brilliant. I recommend that if you don't like futa content, just appreciate the wonderful graphics and beautiful characters.

I absolutely loved this game. The character design is outstanding — Angelina J. as the MILF is a flawless choice. The artist deserves major credit for delivering believable, emotive characters and great visual quality throughout the experience. Wow, what a gorgeous device Megan has! I’m in love. The futanari world in this game feels like a fantasy brought to life — both playful and intense in all the right ways. The quality of the project is superb, and I’ll definitely be waiting eagerly for updates. The story is incredibly engaging and bold, keeping interest high while never feeling shallow or rushed. Every reveal and scene is well-constructed, mixing excitement with curiosity in a way that pulls you deeper into the world. The animations are smooth, the images look fantastic, and I didn’t encounter any issues or bugs — everything feels really polished and professional. One thing I would love to see added in future updates is a dedicated gallery mode to revisit favorite scenes and visuals more easily. Other than that, the game is already shaping up to be an extremely promising project, and I’m very excited to see where it goes next. Overall: creative concept, strong execution, amazing art direction — I’m fully immersed and absolutely looking forward to the next update!

(Review of v0.3) There are some good things about this game, starting by the visuals in general. Models are a mixed bag: Jasmine is a bombshell but OTOH "mom"'s face is a bit too manly and bony for my taste. She's the main LI so that's not a good thing... Having the choice of being dominant or submissive or to skip certain parts is definitely a plus though. Then of course there's the not so good stuff, starting by the number of animations that don't add that much value to the scenes and are just a change in the angle. It would be far more logical to add a camera switch button so the player isn't forced to play the animations in a mere linear sequence. The scene with mom in the shower having fun with the dildo has some room for improvement in the physics department. There's also too much text to read for any real progress to be made. In the end I skipped like the last 1/3 of the dialogue as it became more and more boring to read, just like the story in general. Still, for a 0.3 version I'd say this is slightly above the average quality of futa games, which quite frankly is piss poor, with only very few exceptions. For now FH can't compare against the best in the genre, but it's decent at least.

I like t much. I think its one of the best futa games. but i think the senario must be changed. the senario can be better if the writer try more. It stay at the one point and focus on that. Let the mother Go.

I really like that you can dom big curveous futa. And the good thing is that the mc actually act like a man and when you choose the dom path you take the futas the way they deserve, not in a edgelord, sadist but in a chad kinda way. And I really like the dom path, its always good to have those and being good as it is here. 10/10, would play again.

One of if not the best futa game ive ever played. The character models, the fact that you can give and recieve is one of the best aspects of the game. I love the uniqueness of all the characters. This game is great

So far so good, mostly. On the positive side, visuals are pretty good. Obviously the game's got everyone with howitzer hawgs, but I was pleasantly surprised no one except the doctor at the very beginning was sporting abnormal tiddies. The models are decent, I think mom is a little too angular and the MC's face I've seen in too many other games for me to enjoy. Wait, am I complaining? This was supposed to be about the good things! Shit! My ass! How dare you! What I'm writing doesn't make sense, which is exactly like this game. The dialogue sorely needs another pass because right now the it feels more like a fever dream than human conversation. Swapping POV on a line-by-line basis is bad enough but the real crime is that the words being spoken don't follow in any logical order. I honestly cannot determine if it's ESL or simply the work of someone who isn't inherently a writer. Anyway there's about 45 minutes so far, as of 0.2, and all the fucking has been with condoms. It's a video game people, we don't need to do safe sex. And as a final complaint, no futas. Only assholes are getting popped here. But this is certainly promising, check back in a few months.

it was a game that I enjoyed. i always like games that get into the action fast. (if you know what i mean ) right at the beginning of the game, a beautiful scene welcomes us and offers a trailer of what we will see in the rest of this game. i really like futa mums so i enjoyed this game a lot. the animations and renderings were also very satisfying. if you like futa mums you should give this game a chance.

Good quality of renders, didnt see bugs better them most of games, good amount of content for just V0.2. Cant wait to get the updates. Hope the game dont get abandoned after few updates when patreon get good amount of subscribes
