Gameplay Loop Overhaul!
Once again we find the gaming challenge from time and resource management.
The concept is really simple: Make enough money in a short amount of time, or get penalized.
Game now tracks weeks and days spent at the ranch
Weekly payment targets (mandatory and optional)
Mandatory payments are basically loan interests
Failing to pay mandatory target takes Camille away from the ranch for a week
While away, she cannot level up, or do anything that requires her presence at the ranch
No upsides or events, this is pure penalty
Optional payments drive the story forward
They are things like loan installments (as in awakening story steps), new monster girls and such
There's no penalty for failing to pay optional payment, you can just try again next week
Elara's time in the ranch is limited though, so failing too often results in missed stuff, and ultimately, worse ending
Every story event is now rewritten to better fit the new gameplay loop (some character motivations have changed too)
Camille is now away from the ranch only if you failed to pay mandatory target
Changes to Ranch Upgrade Shop
Removed ability to buy Loan Installments and New Monster Girls
Added upgrades to automate fishing and farming
HUD indicators for mood/food/womb values 2 and 3
These values have always been between 0-3, but without proper indicators for other than 0 and 1

Monster girls now contribute when they are happy, instead of fed
Camille's Farming boost now triggers when she's happy, no need to be fed
All farming work is now presented in percentage contributed
Farm status (crop growth) is now checked only once per day, when you go to sleep
One end-of-day report for every contribution each NPC made that day

Normally I don't bother writing reviews for games so clearly in early alpha, but in this case the core gameplay loop that's presented isn't fun or interesting in the slightest so I figured I'd leave feedback now. Basically you do a bunch of repetitive clickchores every in-game day with no thought required, watch numbers go up, and get a couple extra scenes when you buy the literal event triggers from the shop. That's it, that's the game. You can throw as many events and scenes on to that heap that you like, but that gameplay loop will still suck. When the player would be better off with a straight Kinetic Novel without any of the 'gameplay', you have failed on a fundamental level and need to rethink your game concept. It's early enough in development to change, but I guess that's up the dev.
The game is in its early stages with minimal gameplay/content Overall: 4/5 Art: 4.5/5 Great scenes and art style, nothing special but good enough. One farm animal available to breed and one female (my thick head could not figure how to interact with except talk) Gameplay: 3.5/5 While I found it very lacking in terms of balance and complexity, it might be just the building cornerstone for the game or a placeholder. WAY TOO grindy as of now. Sound: 3.5/5 Minimal, just enough BGM and sound effect to notice. Can't tell if it is built-in RPGM music or made in-house. Story/Writing: ?/5 No story as of now. Some text here and there but that is it. Final thoughts: Proof of concept at the time of writing this review (0.1.0) but I like the art, the music, the scenes and the gameplay. You can literally see everything the game has to offer in 5 minutes tops. Full upgrade unlocks maybe 2 hours but still feels grindy. Let this one cook for a year or two.
