About Ghetto Star

Ghetto Star is a Ren'Py adult sandbox dating sim by Neon Hunter, set in Palm Coast in 1986. You play Jimmy Estrella, a broke college student facing rent, tuition, and questionable jobs from his friend DC. The game uses a 1980s Miami comic look and includes free-roam areas, weekly money and status systems, a notebook hint, and branching romance routes.

The current build is v0.1, a first release dated October 13, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Linux, Mac, and Android, in English with machine translations into Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, German, French, and Simplified Chinese. It is uncensored. This version adds the prologue and early story weeks, free-roam locations, rent, tuition, GPA, Heat, hustling, night jobs, the Ms. Hart route with dominant or submissive choices, multiple arcs, gallery tracking, character renaming, and word swapping.

Palm Coast, 1986. Jimmy Estrella starts college with no scholarship, no money and a rent bill due on Sunday. He rents a small room at Camila's house on Eastside, the side of town where everybody knows everybody. Between lectures, rent, tuition and his buddy DC's "easy money" jobs, Jimmy has to decide how far he is willing to go to stay in school, and who he gets close to along the way. A sandbox adult game with a 1980s Miami comic look: free-roam map, weekly rent, GPA and Heat, a notebook that always shows the next step, and branching routes.
