Hentai Mayhem is a wave-based roguelike by FleshForge Studio, built in Unity with animated 2D AI CG visuals. You play a male protagonist who fights through escalating stages, unlocks weapons and abilities, and builds relationships with companions through dialogue while facing bosses. The game blends combat, dating sim, and management elements in an adult setting.
Development is ongoing with v0.19 released on October 17, 2026. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest update adds Aurora level 4. Earlier changes include Ember and Jade companion levels, Elyria joining the party, a new map with boss and enemies, extra death scenes, a new weapon, firestaff attack tweaks, revamped scenes, gallery or selection panel improvements, enemy path changes, and map chunks.
