Hillside is an adult Ren'Py visual novel by DarkBlue, presented with 3D CG artwork. It is set in the exclusive Hillside district, where the country's film industry and wealthy residents meet. As the player, you take on an experienced bodyguard hired to protect eighteen-year-old Emma, a shy teen receiving disturbing letters from a stalker. After moving into the home of supermodel Charlotte Lloyd, the job becomes difficult because romance, voyeurism, and teasing tempt the player to balance desire against professional reputation.
The current build is v0.17, dated June 19, 2026, and development is ongoing. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android in English, with no censorship. The latest changelog says an Agent Fox relationship scene will be added in a future version, and notes minor issues such as an incorrect Suzi scene trigger and unedited Kaylah images. Earlier rework entries corrected speaker labels, duplicate dialogue, typos, and name errors in several episodes.

But protecting her might be the easiest part of the job as you move into Charlotte's house and live with one of the world's most beautiful models. Will you be able to control your sexual desire and preserve your hard-earned professional reputation?

A scene featuring Agent Fox is currently missing from the release. This only affects players who are in a relationship with her; the scene does not appear on any other route. A new version with the missing scene will be added as soon as I can.
Some other smaller issues:
- You'll currently receive a short Suzi scene whether or not you kissed her. It should only appear if you did.
- I found a couple of Kaylah images that hadn't been fully edited.

Also, there are two sex scenes in this update. I consider them to be unfinished. My first attempts at sex scenes were bad. I have tried to improve on them with these new ones, but I'm still learning and experimenting.
