About Hospital Rhapsody
Hospital Rhapsody is an adult 2D game made by Red Kiss with Unity. You play as a hospital director who treats patients, handles time-limited medical events, and expands a hospital while recruiting nine adult female doctors and nurses. Each recruitable woman has a distinct personality. Gameplay combines hospital management, exploration, and relationship growth. You run the hospital during the day and visit a mysterious trading market at night. The visuals use animated cartoon-style AI CG. It offers several women-specific routes, more than fifty hours of play, and a harem cast, sandbox progression, and teasing interactions.
The current build is a demo released on October 19, 2026. It runs on Windows in English and is uncensored. The latest changelog records the initial demo release.
