How far will she go to protect the life she’s trying to build?
WARNING: This game is a linear visual novel. It does not include choices, combat, or gameplay systems. The experience is entirely focused on story, characters, and cinematic storytelling.
I simply cannot understand why a game in this state would be released. The developer states that it's a visual novel without choices. However, the game description leads you to believe that you'll have various decision-making options. So, you're approaching the game with false expectations. The graphics are extremely outdated, very grainy, and dominated by shades of gray and mostly boringly designed environments. The visual quality of the FMC varies wildly. Body proportions are often inconsistent (especially with NPCs), clothing fits poorly, and skin tones often look sickly. All in all, I would only give the graphics two stars. In the current version (Episode 1 initial release), there are hardly any noteworthy scenes, but plenty of text and thoughts to read. But as I said, no choices for the player. This reduces this visual novel to a mere click-fest, for which you receive no reward. At least, that's how it was for me. Add to that the clichéd characters and recycled ideas about what could happen and what will happen. You're not missing anything by skipping this visual novel, and you're not gaining anything by playing it. And it offers no unique selling point that would justify recommending it. I'm giving it 2 stars. Fans of this type of visual novel might well give it more.
