Could have been a great game. Had huge potential. I left it after chapter 6 or 7 and played it again after chapter 14 dropped. Everythings messy. They are tryina bring incest in the story which fails for me cos mcs mother is huge red flag and a 304. In chapter 14 its implied that she slept with john too. Mcs mentor btw. She has slept with half of the town. But still acts like a goody girl. Then theres erynn. I hope the office scene with ethan was just him imagining erynn and not real erynn. Only people who are date able is cara, layla and elana. Otherwise all are just bad choice. Nikki aint that bad as well. Mc gets manipulated so easily. Erynn never apologised for what she did to him as a kid. He forgives people easily. The developer made it too complex. Even if theres a future mother/ son storyline, nobody would take that cos again she has slept with everyone. They rushed andres who is prolly the only good guy as well. There's lot others too. If they can make a layla and elana story why not cara and nikki. And theres no way emily aint a love interest. U have kissed her, seen her naked, Imagined her with brooke. So yeah, god knows Where the developer is taking the game. And stop making every li a 304

Story is about average, i found it quite a bit boring and drawn out and the lack of choices dident help either, granted you can more or less say yes/no to relationships which is good, but the MC ruins for me. The MCs mindset is like a 12 year old, lusting for everything that moves none stop, constantly getting boners from nothing what so ever as well and hes always thinking about sex and how hot everyone is even those you have shown 0 interrest in, its truely one of the most shitty MCs ive played in a very long time. Then theres the old childhood friend whos hes ofc also constantly lusting for and thinking about how bad he wants her and all that garbage, he even jerks off thinking about her and thats after you have shown 0 interrest in a relationship with her, which really really kills the story and its just not fun playing an MC that ignores all choices made by the player. As for the girls there are very very little diversity in builds, maybe one or two with smallish tits and rest are big and pretty much the same build which isent much fun in my eyes anyways, atlest some has cute faces. The lack of choices also gets annoying since MC pretty much wants to help hes co-worker (female) to get with hes mother and of he daydream about the 2 being together, none of which i would have picked but as always in this one theres no choices so you cant controle anything outside the yes/no to relationships which makes the story feel flat and boring. The sex scenes are also a joke which makes me wonder how its rated so highly, you get a small animation that takes a single click to stop and theres no talking doing animations at all which also makes them boring. Next is the lack of music and effects, its a total silent game which again adds to the boring part. This is proberly more like a 2 star game but im being nice since there is decent content and did like one or two girls.

This really dropped the ball around Chapter 6. Many story decisions were absolutely NOT handled well (like the stuff with Andres/Emily, the family reveals...) Also, "Intertwined" is underselling it. Once you get past a certain point, the connections between characters become increasingly contrived. The world feels tiny, like it only has about 20 people in it, with everyone somehow linked through past relationships, secrets, or coincidences. Plus, a lot of the drama comes from characters refusing to communicate properly (or not talking at all) for no believable reason. I enjoyed this actually, but now I'm past caring. All males in this game are just irredemable jerks ... so tired of this. I could go on, but I won't. I had high expectations, so maybe that's why I'm so harsh. Apart from the family stuff, it's okay, though. I liked the school drama a lot more.

The first few episodes were a bit rough, admittedly, but the more recent episodes really come together. Great story and characters. Choices matter, providing multiple paths, playthroughs, and storylines. Looking forward future updates.

This game needs an enema! Sorry about that, I wanted to start off on a lighter note. This game is great with beautiful girls, lots of different routes and seemingly a lot more to come. If you sense a big "but" coming, you are absolutely correct. There are too many girls, period. This is the classic "too many girls, too little time" a lot of Devs fall into and Nyx is no exception. I see some reviewers just gushing on about how great the game is and they are correct except that they are giving a lot of confidence or trust that the game is going to continue with it's flawless narrative. Maybe I'm just cynical (although I've never really considered it) but there seems to have been a gradual shift of the story getting a little unrealistic and also a little narrow in scope. This is most likely due to there being too many girls and I hope that's all it is. Let's take a count without any spoilers. First, there's the girl on the plane and/or the stewardess. Then, there's the two girls that are possible step-siblings of the MC. Next there's the hot tattoo artist then the childhood crush (whose best friend is the girl on the plane) AND her hot mom. Next we have the cute girl in class AND the hot teacher AND the cute girl's best friend who is a cheerleader. Next, we have the hot tramp who's on your track team, yet another adorable hottie who transfers in and is also on the team (and who is the LI of your idiot friend). Then, your ex-girlfriend shows up and has a crush on your childhood friend. That's about a dozen LIs, some of them only side characters but most of them aren't or don't seem to be. Also, there seems to be hints at other possible LIs still in the works. The narrow scope is the childhood friend. Although it is a choice, if you do not help it pretty much ends multiple paths and damages others. That is borderline forced content imo. There should be multiple contested paths like this one, not just this main. If you are a fan of plane girl, her best friend and sister then it pretty much ends all of their paths if your refuse to help which I felt was garbage. Premade baggage has always been a problem for me when it comes to VNs primarily because it's forced content. The MC had nothing to do with the idiotic choices made by the childhood LI, but he's dragged into her drama and has to contend with it nonetheless. The fact that this is the driving force of the main storyline is a letdown, considering all she had to do was go to the police when the first attempt at blackmailing was made instead of just agreeing to being blackmailed for YEARS. I tried to have sympathy but I just couldn't. I believe the blackmailing leverage should have been a little more devastating than just a sex tape. I mean she's going to allow herself to be used as an escort and constantly stalked by her blackmailer because of a simple teenage sex tape? Come on. The writing here needs a enema badly... All in all still a huge fan but the storyline is waning and needs to be reinforced otherwise, this story is going to begin a slow downward spiral right into the toilet. I believe in you Nyx! You can do it!

Honestly the story is quite interresting and I like lot of characters in it. It's really fun to play and enjoyable. Thought it feel really raw in the way that sometimes you think that how the events happen are a bit random, plus how MC forgot everything that happened outside of the thing concerning the girls in the current event. You make out with one girl as if she is the only one for you, the next event isn't with her ? yeah it's as if MC don't care about firting with anyone. But my biggest problem that explain my rating despite loving this game, is that playing it blind feel not really satisfying, the stats feel too heavy and in the end I started to choose my answers not because I prefered one answer to another but was more wondering which answer the game was expecting me to do for the girls I like. Doesn't feel organic to play. Oh and I'm not sure if it's a bug, but music play like 10minutes at the beginning of your party then it stop forever until you start the game again.

TL;DR - Play it. You will thank yourself. A sense of shame washed over me realising how long I had this game bookmarked only to never play it (cuz of the game size!) Intertwined is special. Despite not having music, or any SFX audio for that matter - the believable characters, witty writing, and steamy scenes more than make up for it! I'm nowhere near to finishing it and I just couldn't help writing a review! Came here expecting a fun college themed VN, got a very interesting story full of lovable characters instead <33 This game had me taking notes ffs My best girls - Erynn, Emily, and Nikki

Guess to some extend my rating is not needed, as there are so many, as this novel is running for so long. Anyway. For me it is close to excellent. It is a fresh breeze to have a novel with lovely characters without constant lewd scenes, but a real storyline behind. Yes, sometimes a bit lengthy, but you can scroll forward, so no issue at all. The male MC and - in my path of the novel - Layla as his girlfriend are so refreshing. I always end watching with a positive feeling, not given in a lot of other novels. So really well done. And the amount of intertwined relations is just amazing.

Played this on V.0.14. The story is alright, and the little connections and twists are cool. Until you can see them coming from 2 chapters away. The MC is very well done as a hothead teenager, props to that. However the girls... I mean everyone has their tastes but like 70% of the girls in this game are creepy/ uncanny looking ahh legal aliens.. After some time playing it also doesnt feel like a game and more like a one way narrow street. Choose option 1 to end the relationship forever, choose option 2 to bang. There is no middle ground. Even then, the erotic scenes are also quite average. The author made an effort to animate them and I do appreciate that. However. Its just meh. Gotta work on those angles man. Not to mention this game will probably never get finished, seeing the amount of routes one can take, its a titanic undertaking filling out all the possible options. Cant recommend. At least not until its finished.

that's one of those games where characters stay in your head when you turn off the pc and go to bed. pretty awesome. and as far as ratings go it's one of the best AVN on this site. if not of all time. I'd put it up there with Summer's gone and BADIK. looking forward to future updates . definitely . it could have done without the "socially inept sidekick/dudebro for life" but the betrayal is an interesting spin to it. I like that,pretty unexpected.

Stellar visuals, a storyline that will keep you engaged from the beginning, and a colorful and dynamic cast. If you are on the fence, deciding whether or not to play, I can confidently recommend Intertwined.

One of the three most significant discoveries of all time! Intertwined left such a strong impression on me that I’ve returned to it over and over again. I’ve played through the game approximately six times in the past few years, and each run has been just as captivating as the first. What makes it stand out is not just the story, but the way it weaves together emotion, choice, and atmosphere. The branching paths encourage true exploration, and every decision feels meaningful. In short: a masterpiece in storytelling and design that has earned a permanent spot among my all-time favorites.

I had pretty high expectations going into this, and I was not disappointed at all. In fact, I'd even say I was pleasantly surprised. There are so many fun, sexy and interesting characters that it's really hard to pick favorites. I can already tell that this is a game that I'll actually want to play multiple times to feel like I'm not betraying anyone, lol. If I had to pick a favorite so far... it'd probably be Valeria. Interesting story, good writing and pacing and I appreciate how the dev manages to connect ever character to each other. Renders are great. Wish animations were smoother, hopefully they'll go back and upgrade the earlier ones to balance it out at some point (also just noticed a mod after publishing this... sigh). Wish we had more music! Overall, a great game and I can't wait to play more and see where we go next.

One of the best games I have played. The characters are hot but also have substance. The choices you make affect the game and story. Great concept and execution, can't wait for more. Yep, excellent. SO many different pathways, so many wonderfully full scenes with different LI's, who are all hot in their own ways.... This one is a keeper, and I am so thankful that the dev has decided to keep going with it! The title says it all, and it is indeed intertwined. Really sharp dialogue, dramatic storyline, hot hot hot women, not-horrible MC (that's a big compliment, just sayin) I can understand some who may feel that a scene with an LI might be construed as just banter, but for me it fills out the relationship. I actually love to watch the MC develop ties with the girls/women. If ya don't skip, ya don't miss it. Some may be very disappointed that they can't harem the whole troupe of gals, but for me (okay, female perspective here, but still) -- the idea of having to make an actual Decision pops the game into another level of Good. Kudos. This VN is tops. Gratitude. 5 means 5. My only caveat is: Please don't let me down...

I put this story on par with BAD as far as humor, intrigue and emotional investment. I have played most LI paths so far (ep14) and can't stop thinking about several of the girls! I am big time Team Valerie and Elena, but wish you could get Elena without having to crush Layla (hoping for possible throuple with Layla in future?). Anyway, happy I found this and am surprised it's not rated higher. The animations frame rate could be better, but the models and renders are pretty excellent. The amazing story overshadows any faults for me.

+ hot gals + likable characters. I don't remember any annoying or bitchy ones + many choices/routes, and possible combinations + funny moments + John is a great guy + MC is ok, thankfully he's not a total loser + memorable situations + game has gallery + relationship development, in most cases is nicely done - dream scenes.. ugh.. - too many girls, consequence of that is some of them barely get any progress with our MC, or it's very fucking slow. They need more screen time, or dev really should speed things up - bad animations - too much classic "teenager" drama - cockblocking - disappointing, short lewd scenes written without passion. Definitely weakest part of this game - story could be better Games doesn't offer anything spectacular, nothing you haven't seen before. I expected more from this avn, we already hit 14 chapters and it feels like nothing changes, things become monotonous and predictable. 3 stars

Art: Top notch Story: Engaging Writing: Excellent Sex Scenes: Super vanilla This game defines the phrase "came for the smut, stayed for the story." The characters are well written and come across as more than just there to fulfill the MC. The story is believable, but with definite soap opera twists to it. They did a good job of sprinkling sex scenes throughout to keep things interesting. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
