v0.7.0 The main inclusions with this update are 2 new animations and the issues related to map way-points not saving correctly should be fixed for good now. Umi Slugs and Waiya Wasps now have animations involving Marsha. Now all four creatures have animations that will play if you interact with them while already in Marsha's sex animation. As for the map way-points and other map elements, please let me know if you have issues with them not saving correctly. I'm pretty confident I've fixed the issues I was having before but I still may have missed some edge cases. Also I am aware of the various UI bugs when opening and closing different menus in a specific order, I do plan on finally fixing that sooner than later. v0.6.8 N/A v0.6.7 N/A v0.6.6 The primary things added to this build are a new texture and slight mesh changes for the Kokku Roach, a breast feeding animation for birthed Kokku Roaches, some small animation improvements, and bug fixes. If you're interested in seeing what the new Kokku Roach looks like, please see the previous post. I had intended for it be a bit more significant, but after wasting a fair bit of time I realised making more significant skeleton changes and having to re import every animation was way more effort and time than it was worth, so ultimately I went with a more minor improvement. The "neutral" Kokku Roach animation should have less clipping issues now and also birthed Kokku Roaches now have a breast feeding animation like the other creatures. As for bug fixes, the most notable is that threesome animations should now be synced correctly. The one exception to this is the Waiya Wasp threesome animation as that specific animation inexplicably does not want to import to Unreal correctly from Blender. Eventually I'll figure out what in the world is causing it.... Anyways though, I want to be blunt in that the few past months haven't been that great in terms of the game's development. This coming month I want to make some much needed progress with actually developing the game's core game play loop. To that end, expect some progress related to quests and some new tinctures that I want to test out. That's all for now, as always there will be a mid month progress update, thank you. v0.6.5 The main addition from the last build is that newly birthed creatures now have a breast feeding animation when interacted with. With that said, the Kokku Roach currently does not as although the mesh changes have been made, I still need to update the rig before I make a breast feeding animation. Additionally, newly birthed creatures after 5 minutes of game time will now become full adult creatures. Basically newly born creatures will stop for a moment and then a plume of smoke will trigger and a full sized creature will replace them. This amount of time is reduced if it is breast fed. If that feels too short or too long I can of course change it. As for the plans for next month, I want to focus on finally updating the Kokku Roach and fixing some of its bugged animations. In general I want to focus on bug fixes and any graphical errors or things to be improved. I've had some feedback that performance has been causing issues for some people with the last few builds and I think I may know why. I had to update the game to Unreal 5.4 for a plugin update and it sounds like this specific version of Unreal is notorious for poor performance. I may try to update the game to a newer version of Unreal as apparently they are at least somewhat improved. This can be a bit of a pain though and I need to make sure the plugins I use have been updated to newer version of Unreal as well. v0.6.4 Hello, as mentioned in the previous post the birthing animations that were supposed to make it into the December build weren't completed on time so I'm releasing a new build as I've now mostly completed the birthing animation work for all 4 creatures. v0.6.2 As mentioned in the progress update, this month the main focus has been on bug fixing and finishing the Umi Slug's last two remaining base sex animations. This isn't a complete list of what was fixed, but issues regarding key rebinding, speed boost potions being buggy, Umi Slug's not being reactivate-able, Umi Slug pregnancy being incorrect, and water being weird should be largely fixed. I also made some minor adjustments to the dialogue system so it should get in the way a bit less. As for the animations, the Umi Slug now has an animation that will play when Kyra is pregnant and a gang bang animation that can be started in the same way as other gang bang animations (interact with another of the same creature that you already engaged with in an animation). As for next month, there's a number of things that keep getting put on the back-burner that I finally want to start working on now that all of the base Umi Slug animations are complete. I want to finally start work on making small Kokku Roach mesh and animation improvements, make a squirting visual effect, and lastly expand how pregnancy works. v0.6.1 The main additions this month are improvements to how the Umi Slug looks when moving around, 2 new sex animations for the Umi Slug, and also the first proper implementation of the visual cum effect. Umi Slug's will now deform when moving across uneven terrain and will also leave behind a slime trail. Very uneven terrain may cause some weird deformations but overall I think it looks pretty good and makes it feel much more slug like. I also made the tentacles opaque instead of translucent as that was causing some issues. As for the sex animations, there is now a vaginal animation (plays when the creature is aroused) and also an anal animation (plays when Kyra is aroused). I realised there were some issues with creatures not spawning after pregnancy but that should be fixed now and Umi Slug's can now also get Kyra pregnant. v0.6.0 First off, the main addition this month is the Umi Slug. Currently Umi Slug's can be found on the far ends of the beach area. The way they move around right now will look janky as I spent a bunch of time trying to get their inverse kinematics working correctly but I wasn't able to get it working in time for this build. They do however have 1 sex animation that will act as their default "servicing" animation. Additionally, something else which I ended up spending a bunch of time on but still haven't gotten working correctly is finally implementing a cum-shot effect. So far I've put together a simple effect using sprites however I need to figure out how to apply the sprite/texture to Kyra's skeletal mesh and get it so it accurately shoots from its source as you would expect. Basically there's still some technical issues to solve but I think I'm on the right track. v0.5.8 The main things added this month are some further improvements to the dialogue system and a Kyra x Marsha animation. For those that don't know, Marsha can be found in the West of the map. If you talk to her, she'll ask for some materials and after you bring her those, the animation will be played. This is obviously a very simple quest but it's an important starting point. One thing I'll need to add is some UI elements which will help with tracking quest progress, so expect that in a future update. Some known issues that I didn't have time to fix is that dialogue progress is currently not being saved correctly and dialogue starting while animations are playing can interrupt those animations. These will both be fixed in the next build. I know there were some previous issues with dialogue not always starting when it should but I think those issues should be resolved with this build. v0.5.7 As mentioned in previous posts, I wasn't very happy with the state of the dialogue system I was using so I decided to completely replace it with a new system. There's still a number of things to improve with it but overall I think it looks and feels a bit cleaner from a player perspective. From a developer perspective, once I get it to how I like it should help with streamlining dialogue content in the future. Something to keep in mind is that it isn't just dialogue that needs to be taken into account, but also things like character animations, sound effects, and possibly even camera angles. I still need to do some more testing to see if I can make NPC interactions a bit more "cinematic" however I want to be careful as that can be quite time consuming and I have little time to spare. Earlier this month I spent some time trying to add some cosmetic improvements to Kyra but they ended being more complicated then I anticipated so I've put it on the back-burner for now. What did make it into this build was some very minor clothing changes that only the keen-eyed will probably notice. Lastly, I worked on some bugs that supporters have reported to me. Of specific note, some of the bugs with threesome animations and not being able to throw potions should now be resolved. With that said I'm sure there's at least some bugs still remaining so please report them to me if you find any and if possible what conditions seemed to cause the bug. For next month I plan on continuing work on the dialogue system while simultaneously working on a quest system so that Marsha can actually start giving out quests. Additionally I also have some plans for what will happen when you complete some of her quests... As always I'll have more to talk about for next month's build in the mid-month progress update, so take care for now. v0.5.6 The main things added to this build are threesome animations for 2x Kokku Roaches and 2x Inoru Mantises, some improvements to the map UI, some new tinctures, and a new creature behaviour. The animations are pretty self explanatory and are similar to the Waiya Wasp 2x animation in that they're all fellatio + vaginal. I plan on doing more unique animations for future threesome animations however. The map UI is now zoomable if you use the scroll wheel while hovering the mouse cursor over it. Additionally you can write your own notes on the map by holding shift + right clicking. If people actually find this useful I'll try expanding on it and make some improvements. Likewise if you have any other requests for the map UI or compass let me know as this was a very commonly requested feature. I do plan on creating a waypoint/fast travel system however that may be a little while out yet. There are 2 new tinctures which increase the characters sprint speed and increase the rate at which pregnancy concludes respectively. For the sprint speed tincture, currently it just uses the basic run animation and a simple FX which I plan on replacing for the next build. So far the ingredient requirements for alchemy only display a picture of the needed ingredient which isn't very helpful for things with identical images so I'll work on correcting that for the next build as well. v0.5.2 The main addition is that the Inoru Mantis has been added with two sex animations currently. Inoru Mantises can be found in meadow like areas and seem to congregate near certain rock formations...I still need to fix a few things with him, specifically his reproductive organ may sometimes deform weirdly when walking around. Likewise, something I need to change for all creatures is a method to have them stay within a certain area aswell as avoid bodies of water. AI improvements and two additional Inoru Mantis sex animations will be my main focus for the next month. v0.5.1 - Free camera inventory bug: fixed - Potion use after animation bug: save and load - Game mechanic explanation dialogue added v0.4.6 N/A

For a game where credits only have four nicknames, this is surprisingly high quality game. No perfect, but still very good. + Rather beautiful graphic considering the size of the team, though might be quite heavy of higher settings. + All animations are smooth and hot, making me enjoy this whole game a lot despite the fact that I'm not into insects. + No gross or hardcore stuff. Insect-related content often is a bit nasty, but not here. + Mutual consent and enjoyment in all animations. The only semi-forceful bit is that you need to literally throw aphrodisiac on insects to gain access to impregnating animations. + Potions that allow you to control certain acpects of the game better. + Simple and fast pregnancy system. + Small system of fast travel. - The game should explain in greater details some mechanics and items, like the effects of some potions, or the existence of fast travel. - The map is big and surely will be filled with content, but for now is rather empty. Nice views though. - Lack of some kind of 'content codex' telling me if there are still creatures to find, or give me tips about how to lead to new animations. This game is nice little sandbox where you can freely fuck and breed with insects without any consequences. I can recommend it to anyone who enjoys soft insect content.

Perfect for the insect girl fetish. Each animation is very good and without errors. The mechanics with the plants are interesting and dynamic, although sincerely it was better when you didn't have to look for the recipes. When I open a hentai game I have only one purpose and it is not playing a game, if you understand me. The girl emits moans and there are sounds for the penetration, things that not all hentai games have and the ones that have them are not always well applied. You can put on or take off many parts of the girl's clothing, which is excellent. Each insect has at least 3 animations: Neither of the two is stimulated The girl or the insect are stimulated The girl is pregnant The girl breastfeeds the offspring My best wishes for the creator! Keep it up Insektum, your work is a rare, beautiful, and brilliant gem!

So far, pretty interesting. Has a lot of potential. If the dev is still working on this game, I have a few suggestions if they would be interested. Also some questions and a couple of issues I've had. 1: There's only three different kinds of bugs. I feel like that's way too few for how big (and frankly impressive) the map is. Definitely some room for expansion there. 2. The amount of animations is extremely limited. The player should be able to be banged by more than one at a time. I'll bookend this point by saying that the existing animations are pretty damn good. 3. If the dev has ever played the Kyne's Blessings mod for Skyrim (aka SexLab Parasites), perhaps adding consequences, good and bad, for banging the bugs. I would recommend playing that mod in general for both the dev and the insectophiliacs lurking here. Onto the questions: 1. What is the clothing section in the alchemy menu for? 2. Is it possible to bang more than 1 bug at a time? I've seen (I think it was two?) comments that seemed to allude to that being a possibility? Onto the issues: 1. After "giving birth" (particularly after sex with a mantis), my screen goes black. The game is still running; I can see the directional markers on the compass moving when I use WASD and hear the music and ambience. 2. The game menu has a tendency to lock up to where I can only access the top two options, those being save/load and the one above that. I have to use my keyboard's directional keys because the options don't respond to my mouse, but like I said, I can't go below the first two options. This gets really annoying if I want to change graphics/audio setting or look up the control scheme. This is definitely some kind of UI bug, and I think it's related to the character's dialogue getting stuck; my mouse works flawlessly on other games. 3. Which brings me to my third point: that UI bug seems to extend to the character's dialogue, in particular, the last dialogue she has before moving on to the area beyond the shipwreck; I have to save/quit-out/load in order to get it to go away because it becomes unresponsive to my mouse/keypresses. Beyond that, this is a frankly impressive... game? Demo? I look forward to seeing what might become of it. EDIT: After the most recent update, can now have threesomes with all three bug types, and a scene with Marsha (all of which are pretty damn good). The dialogue issue persists, but the dev seems to be working on that (refer to the most recent changelog). Did encounter one final issue: When having a threesome with the roaches, the semen received is wasp semen. Beyond that, I have no issues and I like the trajectory so far. I'll say no more and just let the dev cook.

Ironically, this game is completely bug-free. This tech demo is polished and stable, and shows a lot of promise for what could be an incredible game. Animations are nicely made, models are high quality, and the environment is nice enough, if not auto-generated. I think all that this prototype is lacking are 2 major things: -No climax; the animation just loops until it's over. Would be nice to see an orgasm, and some fluids come in to play; some degree of cumflation would be welcome too. -No birthing scenes; going through the effort of getting pregnant just to get a mild bulge, then fade to black and have an insect spawn in front of you felt very underwhelming. I don't think this game needs a complex gameplay loop, or even interesting level design. I think if it focuses on visuals and style, then it'll be a winner. Give us some cinematic, detailed sex scenes, birthing scenes, and pregnancy effects. In terms of game design, like I said, it doesn't need anything complex. It only needs some direction; maybe some goals to reach, a map, and a reason to do what you're doing beyond sandbox curiosity. Also, keeping it simple will keep the game stable, which is very appreciated in this gaming space. Really appreciate the modularity of the clothing too, and it makes me hopeful for more character customisation. If this will lean in to the more open world/sandbox approach, letting the player have more customisation options will only enhance the overall enjoyabilty. So far, so good! Let's hope the dev delivers.

Aight, this one is a bit special. here's my review that nobody asked for of the game in it's current early form(0.5.2), here we go. I am amazed. but maybe not in a "that a good porn game" way. Everything that ties to the ambiance and environment is way way way above standard for a porn game, in fact it's borderline criminal to make something this good for a niche that small of people that want to jack off playing a game where a girl fucks insects. the map is 1: gorgeous 2: huge 3: more diverse than I expected. the music: brother, so simple yet so perfect. the details : grass blades that move as you walk through, wind simulated grass and trees effect. day/night cycle with a beautifully done moon lighting. clouds that are good, not just clouds.jpeg. the sound of the wind in the trees, the rolling animation if you fall from too high. all them little things you think you don't give a fuck about until it's done right. the 3d models are nice, the girl model is more detailed than you might think, fuck around with camera angles and you'll notice some details that you don't suspect are there. the insect models can look blocky but they're just as good as they need to be, their dicks however, man, dev-san took some time working of these. Animations are fine, no risk taken there. it's what you expect but you're left wanting more. the inventory is again, a bit too much for the use we have of it but it's an above average implementation with slots for clothing such as panties, leggings, torso and the rest. unexpected but gladly welcomed. I'd expect more stacking for objects to avoid it being messy tho'. Now, the part that hurt the game, i'll be quick on that one:Gameplay. There's none. walk around, grab flower, make potion of questionable usefulness and fuck insects if you want to. that's it. I'd love to see some chill base building with progression tied to exploration and gathering, a bit like valheim. but if the dev said "nah, is just a chill place to walk around relax and get stuffed by big roaches" i'd be fine with it. really. The ambiance and chill vibe of the game made me feel the same way I felt when I played World Adrift(the Bossa(fuck them btw) studio one) before they unplugged it from life support. A sense of loneliness and relaxation, again, not something you'd expect downloading a game about getting railed by insects. As I write this shit i'll try to pass as a review, the game is in a very early form and I'm sure most aspects will be expanded upon. the foundation is very solid, even the performances are great, which is rare on a unity porn game with a huge map, dynamic environment and wind simulation effects. so i'll keep watching this project hoping to see it flourish. as of 0.5.2 (very early dev stage) as a game : 2/10 as a love project and foundation : 10/10 hopefully gameplay get's added later and variety in insects behavior is added, some agressive, some passives, some territorial etc... but as of now, extremely good foundation, love to see good project like this take shape, godspeed to the devs.

Ver 0.5.1 I rate the game as a technical demo. There is no game here yet. As a connoisseur of sexual intercourse between various creatures, and especially insects, I was pleased. I like that the game has a crafting and sandbox bias, I like the graphics and physics with animations. The author chose a good direction and I like it, although such large sandbox projects frighten me in the sense that for indie developers it looks like an unbearable burden. Only a few such projects turn out to be truly full-fledged, because it requires a lot of money and human resources. The heroine's figure could have been more appetizing. Curvy heroines with insects look more interesting.

Beautiful island, smooth graphics and animations, runs well. BUT it is absolutely empty right now, there is nothing to do so wait for updates. I spent like an hour running around and found only 2 insects. Very solid foundation for a game overall.

Very high quality, but currently lacks content. I also question the devs ability to make anything decent to play and not just pretty looking. Following are the reasons why. The game starts you on an island and gives a basic tutorial through character dialogue and then gives you control. Then you start walking and it gives you two extra pieces of information 1 ) "getting semen might be a bit hard, I might have to get my hands dirty (press E to interact)" 2 ) "I'm starting to get horny (press M to masturbate)" I'm paraphrasing but it basically boils down to the tutorial telling you to interact with the insects by pressing E and pressing M to masturbate, in this order. If at this point you go looking for an insect to interact with, maybe because it's the first thing the game told you, maybe because you don't want generic masturbation scene number 10329. You will softlock yourself. Because once a scene ends, the only way to leave the scene and regain control is by pressing the most stupidest key ever set as de default for this ( END ). How should you know that the dev set this stupid ass key to not get softlocked? By doing the second thing it told you and pressing M, of course! Because at the end of the masturbation scene, and only at the end of the masturbation scene, does the game ever tell you how to leave a scene. After restarting the game a couple times trying to figure this one out (or reading this thread), you finally have enough knowledge to go around looking for some stuff to do. And proceed to realize you're on a huge barren island with only two other species around and one scene that repeats itself over and over with each. Then you see you can craft potions, go looking for ingredients, craft the potion and when you go to drink it, you instead throw the potion. Why? Because the potion you crafted is supposed to be thrown on the insects to make them horny. Very fast moving insects which you're trying to hit with a potion that has a delay for throwing and not crosshair or indicator of where it'll fall. Yeah. Pretty, but barren, game filled with terribly implemented systems. I don't know how log this has been in development so I can't say if dev is competent but rushing things out the door or incompetent and actually thinks the systems he has implemented are at all complete. Animations are good though. When this eventually gets more content I'll probably either enjoy playing if they've improved things or enjoy the 100% save some kind soul will share.

I am truly impressed with this game. You can tell there's a lot of love and effort put into it. The world is beautiful even though it is small. The main girl is cute as hell. Surprising there's no caves and and there's no bugs raping you which is sad. You can't even see yourself giving birth. But I can't wait to see how far and how much this game will grow.

I adore Insektum's video content, so to see them working on a game is awesome. After playing, I think the bones are super solid, I love the conditional sex animations (non-aroused, aroused, and pregnant) as well as the models and animation work. I can only hope development continues, and as such have decided to support Insektum on patreon

im giving this tech demo 5 stars cause it's got great potential. there isn't really any deeply baked issues in the foundation that can't be solved in the future. this looks like some good sug bex and i am totally on board for any project that has a complete focus on that. while theres only 2 insects right now, the current animations seem simple but enjoyable (albeit off position as of right now, unless the flying bug is supposed to give you a nose job ), but it's clear there will be more variety in the future. thankfully the character/insect assets of this game seem to be unique/commissioned or whatever, i really dig the art style the 3d modeler has. the map is also quite nice, there's some pretty scenery, but there is room for more biome diversity and points of interest. besides additional variety in insects, clothing, and places, here is hoping for features like a map/quick travel, bestiary/scene viewer, and potentially narrative elements in both scenes and some overarching plot.

So, I think this is still in fairly early development. As such I will give a rating suited for game that still needs to find it bearings. I will give it 3 starts, which more than anything else rests on an expectation of this game getting much better. Let's start with the good; this game is absolutely beautiful. It's a fairly large map too. For whatever reason the graphics weirdly gives me vibes of Elder Scrolls Oblivion with the setting sun and night sky. Yes, the game has a day/night cycle, which is pretty cool. Though, really, it would've been a lot more cool if it was used for something. Yet the large and beautiful map is also very empty. Nothing really moves or lives in this world. Instead you run around, desperate to find something, anything to interact with. Then once you find some of those insects you quickly realize that it is fairly boring. You run up to one and interact with it. That's it. You can, supposedly, craft potions. I did craft some, but I never figured out how to use them. I think this game would work a lot better if the protagonist had some sort of goal such as having to escape or survive the Island while hunting and being hunted. This would also allow that crouch feature to be used for hiding and whatnot. It would also give you more purpose than running randomly around for new particular purpose. In short: The Good Beautiful map Day and night cycle The In-between Different bugs? I only found 2 versions and I went all over the map. The Bad The map is devoid of life, which is only underscored by its vastness. The potion system didn't work Not really any other point but to find and interact with bugs The game has potential. Now it has a map, time to add on stuff to do.

not even in to insectai (everyone's got their kinks, no shame in it) but the game is very smooth and pleasant to watch/play. i like that there is night & day, swimming & crafting, a hee-uge map, and an almost 3rd person shooter aspect except your throwing bottles instead. extremely promising, glad i checked it out.

Honestly not a bad little tech demo its got a nice lil art style, and for a UE game it runs suprisingly well compared to others on the site animations are limited but pretty solid, the rest of the devs art certainly inspires confidence in the ultimate product. the clipping/placement issues are definitely noticable though which is a shame The map is massive, but the bugs are sparse, and i spent alot longer than i'd like to admit trying to find the other kind. im sure it wont be a problem down the line but as of now it is definitely one im gonna keep an eye on

I have no idea how someone can give this tech demo 5 stars. 1. There is no character creator nor simple customizations, like hair style color or eye color possible. 2. The animations are only 3 per creature of which there are only 2. 3. The animations are terrible clipping through the body & almost never line up with the target! Destroying the immersion. 4. Animation depend on your & the creatures state, if ur pregnant there is no penetration possible. Meaning you can NOT choose in what position you wanna "engage" 5. Lewd sounds are always the exactly the same in a 3 second loop no variation at all. 6. No lewd fluids whatsoever & there is no birth scene the screen just turns black & a ADULT insect is spawned, There is no larva stage! 7. "Pregnancy" last at max 60 seconds & no matter what you do or if ur currently in a scene the screen turns black & the Adult insects spawns this is awful. Way to fast & just unsatisfying. Lastly there is never a build up in sexual tension possible & the sleep invoking tune in the background compliments this issue, there are no goals set & worst of all not even STATS to see what filth you committed yourself to. Potential is not worth 5 stars Ubisoft has potential as well & look what mess they are delivering. 2 Stars cuz it runs well serves the man of culture tag is more than generous. (in reality its a 1 Star tech demonstrator) If you want a much better experience go for the VN "Creature Get" even to it was abandoned...

At the moment, the game only has two insects with three animations each one. (As far as I know) But the game has great potential to grow and become a great game. Definitely a game to keep an eye on if you haven't played it already. The game is missing character customization at the moment but seems to be planned as there is a clothing craft option in the alchemy tab. I do also hope they add body sliders, as I would like to customize my character. 4.5/5
