About Khemia

Khemia is a Ren'Py adventure game by The Echo Project, presented with 2D CG visuals. It follows Scipio, a young wolf sent to Khemia for diplomacy, continuing the story begun in Adastra. A Human’s arrival changed the political direction of the galaxy, and the sapients left on the wolven moon are unsure what to do next. The ruling Parents of Galaxias demand a shared effort under a plan they keep secret, while Scipio grows doubtful and wonders whether Others exist. The game explores gay, male domination, and romance themes.

Build 4 is the current release, dated September 3, 2025, and development continues. It runs on Windows, Mac, and Linux in English, with no censorship. Build 2 added illustration art from Haps, background art from Stranj, and music from Moe.

Developer's description

Things have changed on Adastra. The Human's arrival has altered the political course of the entire galaxy. After his departure, the sapients he came to know on the wolven moon are left guessing as to what needs to be done next. The Parents, the supposedly all-knowing, all-powerful beings controlling the Galaxias, have a plan, one known only to them , but requiring all sapient effort. It's becoming more and more suspicious, and Scipio, a young wolf on a diplomatic mission to Khemia, starts to wonder if these Parents really do hold all the answers. He starts to wonder if there are Others. Khemia is a direct sequel to Adastra.
