After playing the game, I tried to identify why the rating average was so high. A plunge further into the forum shows that some people have given the game a poor review, but those reviews were hidden/removed. The discussion also shows that for every person posting about confusion or frustration, there was a reply from someone who passionately loves the game (but not in a kink way), so clearly it's neither universally panned or celebrated. Onto the game itself: There is a wonderful sense of nostalgia in the way the game is presented. Moving to different locations and seeing a thriving world fuels the inner nerd for Point and Clicks from days gone by. That is swiftly brough undone by the implementation of a resource management system that is, by every definition, redundant. In my hour of playing, the Premise of the mysterious Caleb and his demigod like magic powers of possession and knowing everyone's name by looking at them was never explained: he wanted to make the world a better place for the people in his city, but also needed to nap after working the local mall so that he had enough wealth for taxis to said people. This is where the game comes undone - the world is active with shops and restaurants with people coming and going, but every named character says one repeating line of dialogue that feels like it was part of a conversation the game had yesterday without you. It's neither a freely open world you can spend your time in by walking into each shop just to see what they sell or who's worth chatting with, but neither is it akin to a dating sim where you have to balance your stamina for interactions with your wealth to buy gifts or buy spell components. As far as I could see, any stat increase only increased the time between/decreased the number times you'd have to return home to sleep, but considering 50% of the game is managed from inside your loft, it wasn't really a benefit. Completing someone's kink put you back in your room anyway, so it wasn't like you could achieve multiple possessions in a single outing. The pacing is the other issue - a few minutes of a "watch and learn" tutorial video and off you go into the world to do the things it just told you to do. Based on the number of "I don't know what to do next" posts in the thread, I felt a bit better that I missed the final step and has no idea until rewatching the TV helper, but this comes back to the game never even trying to explain anything to the player in the world. - You can access the entire map from the start, but interactive characters are locked out until.... they... aren't? - There's an increase for one of your stats by finding 12 components around the map according to the achievement's page, but nowhere did I find an in-game or menu prompt to explain what to actually look for or where to start. - There are a bunch of characters you can pre-possess to unlock their quests, but until you do that for each individual one (Going home to sleep twice to recover enough mana before you can unlock the next), you are given no information what their kink might possibly be, so no way to prioritize. TL : dr It's clear a lot of effort has gone into this game, which is why the 2 stars. It's just a shame that in its current form without a solid gameplay loop, it just isn't fun. When that sentiment has been voiced in the comments, I've seen the repeated mantra "If you don't like it, go play something else"; that begs the question "If the game doesn't want to engage new players, what is it hoping to achieve?" Personally, I hope the game does find an identity, and I look forward to re-reviewing it then

I like the retro style feel this game has. It's a mashup of a side scroller with rpg. The sex scenes themselves are hot and the game has improved from its base form. Personally, I wish we could skip the intro in the game. It's a bit too drawn out. The kinks itself( the dev already said about the patreons) are a bit tame so far. Also there are some repeating kinks. There is also a lack of replay feature. Instead of replay, we have to repeat the whole process from the selection board. Instead of doing that, it's better to just select the character from the board and then go to their final destination to get the sex scene. Like for instance, you can get the Megan sex scene if you select her from the board, possess her and go to her apartment. I believe that the dev has added npc names on the map in the upcoming update, to find them easier. It was one of my biggest gripes with the game. Oh yeah, also add bulge to the game. The game lacks some femdom scenes and having a muscular redhead with a package would help a lot

This is my first time writing a review. So forgive me if I prattle too much. I like the concept of the game, letting you choose characters and explore various kinks( limited at the moment). Personally, I'm hoping for coverage of femdom kinks and niche kinks like lift and carry, sounding etc. But since the game is all about kinks, there is something for everyone.The game used to be so laggy before, but it's better optimised now. It plays like a rpg, so i do hope that an option to increase walking speed can be put in this engine, like the always dash option in rpg games. While it is the feature of the game, I do hope that you can add sound effects when you add the correct ingredient ( not talking about the sound effect of the final product, im saying sound effect for every correct ingredient added for a character possession). Another QOL i wish the game would add is having multiple quests available at the same time. I tried to do one of the quests of a character, but I couldn't trigger it because another quest was active at that time. Anyway, I like this game and hope it grows and add more content.

Yet again, this dev has graced us with a masterfully crafted art piece about the painfull slowness of existence. No really, just like in the previous game, you'll spend your time slowly walking around a mediocre looking city, while trying to remember what you were going to do. This once again makes another very interesting idea with a promising variety of kinks downright unbearable to play. Why does this dev seem to insist on ruining their own game with this tedious crawl???
