About Kinky Chess: Orcs Edition
Kinky Chess: Orcs Edition is an adult chess game by tempstuff90, built in Godot with animated 3D CG pieces. In a fantasy setting, the Iron Horde has an orc-heavy population and too few orc women, so the player acts as a male protagonist who conquers kingdoms and courts other races. Play is real chess against an AI court, and each court behaves differently. Each piece appears as an animated character, and captures trigger scenes that place the taken piece in your prisoner camp.
The current build is v0.1, an ongoing initial F95 release, released on October 2, 2026 for Windows in English, and uncensored. This update includes the free Elven Court and Vampire Court stages, plus the supporter-only Beast Tribes stage with ten free moves per match. It adds victory stories for each stage, ten AI difficulty levels from a blundering beginner to an eight-second engine, and undo, autosave, and achievements for each level.

The Iron Horde marches to war — and to bed! Too many orcs, too few orc women, so the boys have decided the fix is simple: seduce every race in creation, one conquered kingdom at a time. Kinky Chess is real chess against an AI court, but no two courts fight the same way. Every piece is an animated character. Every capture plays a scene, and the captured piece ends up in your prisoner camp.
